The Gorgeous George, by far. I've seen way too many effeminate and gay gimmicks even nowadays that are way too uncomfortable, especially indy ones working ridiculously homophobic areas like my Appalachian neck of the woods.
There's a terrifying amount of indy wrestlers that think that wearing too much pink and mincing is a good and efficient way of getting heat. The scary part is that they're still right.

It would be the cocky/ arrogant heel as epitomised by someone like Paul Orndorff. Most heels I can think of are a riff on that basic persona.
