Wow.
I would pay this man whatever he wanted just to follow me around for a day and comment on the banalities of my life.

Already one of my favorites stories on 2011.
Something tells me he won't be homeless for long.

I really hope that he does get work and he keeps his act together. That's a feel good story I wouldn't feel was cheesed out.

This was on the youtube video 1-3-11.
UPDATE: Many thanks go out to all of you who have been tossing phone numbers and e-mails my way for Ted's sake. I went up to Hudson/I-71 (Columbus) today, but Ted wasn't there. He is going to be on air tomorrow morning on radio station WNCI. I've left my contact info w/WNCI to call/e-mail me on a way to get your enormous opportunities over to him.
Good to see he may have gotten a chance to turn things around.

Gotta love that the two most "thumbed up" comments are people being morons Edit: Well somebody heard me because now they're positive lol.

While a cool story and good luck to him, it ain't THAT surprising is it? I mean dude, did go to school for it/is trained.
Still a nice story if he can turn his life around though.

I saw on the news a short time ago about the Cleveland Cavaliers offer to him. I hope things work out for this guy. He's got a great voice.

Saw an interview with him on The Early Show today. He's really cleaned up and got back into contact with his mom.
It's really heartwarming to see this guy get a genuine second chance at life.

And already I've heard the "he'll be taking his talents to South Beach" jokes.

Uplifting story. Hope he gets the job and turns his life around. That voice is too damned good to be wasted!

Hey I'm all for 2nd chances but he did put himself in this situation. There are people who work hard and dont get handed opportunities and houses just because their voice sounds good and people pity them. I hope he takes this chance and runs with it but he is taking work from people who didnt wreck their lives.
