The IWC isn't real. If the IWC really is an internet wrestling community, then how come none of you showed up to my birthday party? Exactly. It's an illusion. Like Criss Angel's popularity.

I think so.
Frankly, I can't see why not. He's a talented wreslter, good on the mic, and is (from what I heard) well liked backstage. He's a good accusition if you ask me.
It'll happen in my opinion. Even though he is small, that didn't hold Jericho, Benoit, Guerrero, The Miz, or Mysterio from winning he World or WWE Championship.
And also, it seems like small guy's have been getting the rub lately, I mean, look at the WWE Champion.
He'll be Champion in the next few years trust me. Unless he's turn's into Ken Anderson or Matt Hardy (personality wise) he's got a good future ahead of him in the WWE.
And, once he wins the the big one, watch the IWC bash him. "He doesn't derserve it," "He's to small," "He's got no personality."
It could go both ways, but from what I saw after the Miz won the WWE Championship, I don't know what to expect. People loved the Miz, after he wins the WWE Title, he gets bashed for being small, or a coward. He'll be WWE Champion in the future, just like Barret, Del Rio, or Ziggler.
It's called having patience and thinking about the future.
Instead of being, " he was in ROH, he should be WWE Champion now!"

I'd like to see him as a Chris Benoit technical wizard champion who's smaller than everyone else and fighting.
Except with charisma and all his teeth.

Daniel Byran has charisma? Yes, yes he does. I've never seen it. Most of the time he's just smiling like a dork, even when he should be acting vicious to go along with his offense. Kind of ruins the effect.

I mean, I'm not saying he's your typical arse kicking guy, but I wouldn't eat his last bit of carrot cake.

The rumor is that he's got something like 9" of "charisma". *nudge nudge wink wink* So...I don't know...maybe you should be glad you've never seen it?

I've never seen it. Most of the time he's just smiling like a dork, even when he should be acting vicious to go along with his offense. Kind of ruins the effect. When Bryan talks, he comes across as very genuine. He may not have great acting skills or polished speaking, but he gives the impression that he believes every word he says. Because of this, when Bryan talks, crowds listen. Then there's his in-ring intensity, selling, and storytelling skill. Bryan is a great technical wrestler, yes - but far more importantly, he's a great worker in the sense that he's compelling to watch and tells great stories out there. Some of that is pure skill, but there's definitely some intangible factors going on.

And didn't you just describe Chris Benoit with that second part? Thus, Benoit had charisma too if that's all it takes?

There is no such thing as the IWC. It's a meaningless term people throw around to try and suggest a hive mind when no such thing exists. This This This This This This This This This This This This This First off IWC is an acronym for Internet wrestling community, meaning anyone who is a fan of wrestling and uses the Internet falls within that definition. Secondly within that you have sub groups Total Marks: People (mainly but not limited to the younger demo) who still believe wrestling is real(I'm referring to them believing Kayfabe). Marks: Same as above but have a bit of knowledge, IE: they know that some wrestlers don't use there real names Semi Marks: Similar to the above, your average fan I'd say, Believes about 50/50 Semi Smark: Similar but knows a lot of the wrestlers pasts and affiliations with other companies or there Indy days Smark: Knows about kayfabe and the like, knows real names etc Total Smark: Knows detailed ongoings of backstage, etc These are broad terms of course and don't reflect even a portion of the entire demo. My point in all this: The crap is Inhabited by any number of those, people who are a combo of those, some people in between etc etc and I'm getting tired of seeing the phrase IWC and Internet darling get thrown around because someone gets a push they they don't like, or what have you. There is no US or THEM we are all individuals with different likes and dislikes. /soapbox

Technically speaking, it actually means any wrestling fans who use the internet to discuss wrestling. But that's just me being anal about the phrasing. I agree with everything else.
