^ this is actually what I came to post. Apparently there are ways to bypass the long karaoke segment with a shorter one and a way to turn the 4-hour wait into a 5-minute one, but I'm not too clear on the specifics. Seems not many are, since this game has the reputation of true terror.

Any Mario Kart on 150cc. I swear to good cc must really mean "cheating capacity". Oh, the All Cup Challenge on Double Dash made me cry. All I needed, after ages of trading first and second spots, was to come no lower that fourth. Fast forward to the ending, I go from first spot on the last lap, to getting pelted by every projectile 'til I couldn't recover and skid off Rainbow road. Cheapest gaming experience ever.

Madaba and I combined cannot beat the Tow Truck side missions in Saints Row 2. It's... difficult...

Great to see that piece of crap known as Castlequest on that list. I'm hoping one day to see The Nerd tear that game a new one.

A few instances from very good games. The new Battle Subway in Pokémon Black and White can be (and often is) hideously, disgustingly cheap. WWF WrestleMania 2000, too, induced plenty of rage with its "Im the CPU reversing all ur moves lol" AI, especially starting around KOTR on Road to WrestleMania mode. I know you can cheat the AI, but you shouldn't have to. (I guess this means more rage too, since I finally picked up the game today, having only been able to find it via rental before. Someone mentioned F-Zero GX's story mode too, damn that is hard. Freaking championship race. And, finally, Recca for the NES. One of the best shooters I've ever played, and I can barely get past the first level. And I call myself a shooter fan

The Cage Match in Mania 2000 were a pain in the f***ing ass. Beat the computer down the entire time, hit your finisher, have a full spirit meter, and climb up the cage, only to have the computer get up and knock you off the cage after 1 or 2 shakes. Meanwhile the computer hits you with a few moves, and has no problem climbing the cage, no matter what their spirit meter says.

I really really want a good TNA game. This does exist; however, it's not quite a pure wrestling game. Instead, it's a game that's like Total Extreme Warfare for the PC: you choose your moves, and the character either succeeds or fails at doing it. I've heard it's pretty good and is relatively cheap to get... for the iPod Touch.

I can say that the RC missions in GTA were designed by someone who hated humanity and wanted to send a "FU" you the world. Thank goodness that one in San Andreas wasn't essential to the plot, or else I'd still be stuck in San Fierro. You're talking about the plane? If you buy the re-released version without Hot Coffee, they fixed a glitch where you only burn fuel if you accelerate, so you can glide most of the way. And I believe there is no time limit either. Speaking of GTA, you have to include the original top-down versions, especially GTA2. And to the OP, I can't be the only one who wants to see a Smurfsey Shore parody.

You look upset, perhaps a 7ft tall fireball will calm you down?

Stuntman...I've never been so pissed at a game before blip.tv/file/4584464One of the last scenes from Stuntman, for those who aren't familiar with the game. Lovely. The video may or may not include some strong language, because even though the guy playing the game is quite laid back this is still Stuntman.
