I enjoy it. I feel it's a pretty strong dig at MMA, as well. More at McDojos of any martial art rather than MMA. I managed to master the art of being able to CRANK ON IT though.

I haven't watched much TNA since 2007-2008, but DAMN if that wasn't one of the most entertaining segments I have seen in all of wrestling in a long time.
I approve of Jarrett tapping kids out.

I have to admit, as much as I can't stand pro wrestling's infatuation with MMA (two TOTALLY different things), this was funny. This is exactly the character that Jarrett needs to be playing. When I saw Jeff being promoted as an "MMA Enthusiast" I laughed really hard because he basically became the stereotype of every meathead MMA fan who wears tapout clothing to look tough but would get trounced in a real fight. I know that level of satire is far beyond TNA creative's capabilities, but I kind of hope they continue on in that vain. While there are plenty of normal, well adjusted MMA fans out there, there are also plenty of elitist, obsessive, borderline scary, MMA enthusiasts. As a wrestling fan who constantly is on the recieving end of snide remarks from these people, I would love nothing less than to see someone "take the piss out of them" as Adrian Street would say. To me, that's who Jeff Jarrett is parodying with this character. The guy who thinks that if he watches enough UFC it somehow awards him "badass points" when really it's just Bumfights with better production values. (Yes, I know I'm making a sweeping generization here, but I never let the truth get in the way of a good punchline.) And yes, Jeff Jarrett is always at him best when playing a deluded, self obsessed, jerk. I'm enjoying this angle tremendously and I can't wait to see Joe just demolish him.

We need video of Jarrett going to a bar to watch Koscheck vs St Pierre in a couple of weeks. Have him chugging Bud Light and wearing Affliction, telling people he tought St. Pierre every thing he knows. It'd be great.

For those who missed it this past week: I have not watched a lot of TNA lately but this looks like it was shot really well, what format are they using?

I think this was censored in the UK. All we got was Immortal staring at the TV, filmed from behind the TV.

I hate how the TNA crowd craps on this and chants boring etc.
Personally I love MMA Jarrett and how he always includes Ken Shamrock. Which yes I'm hoping for Ken to come and be a body guard for Jeff while he takes on Joe and Angle.

I used to be a big Shamrock fan but have you seen the guy lately? He looks like he's 60 years old. A strung out 60 year old, actually.

MMA Jarrett is kinda funny, but I don't ever need to hear "I BOUGHT IN!" again. You explained it 15 weeks in a row, Jeff. Bought in. Got it.

Jeff Jarrett. A man among men. WWE needs to bring him back.

My only complaint is that him going to the taped ankles with no boots hinders a lot of his wrestling ability. It's fine for exhibitions and squash matches, but for longer matches, wearing boots would make the matches better.

I love the Double J Double M A challenge from last night, but mainly because of the title of the challenge

I must admit I was skeptical at the start but now even I must concede that MMA JJ is the only true consistently heat generating, well maybe along with Robbie E. & Cookie, heel in the whole company. JJ is just one of those people, like Mr, Anderson ANDERSON! & Angelina Love, who should never (as Jericho would say) ever be a face. JJ is just such a great natural heel.

I kinda like the gimmick if nothing else but for the fact that he's doing something different.
