For me, it's Randy Orton's punt. That's not a punt, it's a place kick. IE, like a kickoff, field goal or extra point.

Babyfaces that do nothing but smile. Especially if they have the talent to be so much more than that, like Kofi.

smock shirts
If you think you're too buff to wear a regular shirt, don't wear a shirt at all.

When wrestlers go for the back body drop after throwing someone off the ropes. That move has like, a 0.01 percent success rate in the past 10 years.

On a similar note, wrestlers who attempt the 10 punch in the corner against The Undertaker.

I know it's a Vince thing, but that the item around a champion's waist is a title or championship and not a belt. To me the fact that is a belt is cool, also I like for it to be worn around the waist and not on the arm or dragged out like the Rock would do.

When someone is in the ropes waiting for the 619, looks back to see Rey coming and still gets hit with it...

When someone is in the ropes waiting for the 619, looks back to see Rey coming and still gets hit with it... Sadly, I think that's just a practical limitation of the move. You have to look back if you're taking it to make sure you're in the right position so as not to get hurt or have Rey just whiff the move altogether.

1.Cm punks go to sleep.
i love that move but whenever someone takes it it always looks wrong. i know its because if they took it fully they could get injured but it looks so awkward.
2.the starring at the wrestlemania sign convention.
3.this one isnt as common as it used to be in wwe but still very common in the indies. The spot where they exchange blows really fast then end up at opposite corners just staring each other down dean malenko vs eddie guerrero in ecw style. Im sorry but as much as i like yoshi tatsu,a yoshi tatsu mark henry stand off doesnt have the same appeal as dean vs eddie.

The pause on the top of the cage. It's like people forget how to climb when they reach the top of the cage.
Althought, honestly, just how every cage match is booked now.

I think it's because he's typically started using it on guys bigger than him routinely, and they'll of course take it differently than a guy Punk's size or smaller, but you're right, it does look off a lot of the time. 2. Agreed 100%. 3. Agreed. I wish this little spot would take a break for a while. I get what it's supposed to do, get the crowd more into a mat or counter wrestling based match, but it just isn't meant to be used as often as it is.

The massive reliance on Black tights. Eric Bischoff must cry every time he watches a WWE program.

I don't know if I'd call it a tiny thing, but I hate when babyfaces cut comedy promos after having been beaten up by his rival the previous week.
Also guys walking around in nothing but their wrestling gear if they know that they don't have a match. Honestly, why would you even do that?

When wrestlers go for the back body drop after throwing someone off the ropes. That move has like, a 0.01 percent success rate in the past 10 years. The thing is, you almost never see anyone execute the move nowadays, its always set up to be countered. I sometimes think young wrestling fans (like 10 and under) must be thinking 'why did he bend over like that?' because they've never seen the back body drop actually done. See also: Wrestler's using moves they never normally use solely to allow a signature counter. Rey's Sunset Flip counter, guys trying to hit the crossbody on a giant, or back body drops on Triple H. I'm sure there's others. You never use it normally, so why use it on a guy who you know can counter it?
