Yeah I also say Dean Douglas considering he held the belt for like 5 minutes and most people won't remember Shane Douglas ever being in the WWE period.

1999 had some stupid title exchanges.
I would say the run Chyna had was forgetable. You would think she would be remembered but not so much.

I barely remembered that Wade was the current champ...

Honestly, have there been that many memorable champions since the early '90s?

If you asked the average fan today, I'm sure Texas Tornado would be mentioned, or rather not mentioned. Okay...if you showed them a list of champions, they'd probably say "Who the hell is Texas Tornado?"
Ahmed Johnson would probably be named as well. When was the last time you heard that name mentioned?
Honestly....Shamrock has been a non-entity in WWE history as well.

Good GOD, Kofi's past 2 title reigns have been so forgettable that I didn't even know he was the IC Champ when I saw him live at the Rumble.

Who the hell is "Vacated"? He's had like 8 title reigns, but damned if I've ever seen this guy.

I remember Texas Tornado was champion but that is the only thing I remember about his WWE run. When he won the match for the title (and his promo beforehand)

To be honest the majority of IC reigns are forgetable. Especially considering theres at least two titles that are a bigger deal.

While his win over Macho Man at Wrestlemania III was epic, I never hear anybody talk about Ricky Steamboat's IC title reign.
Another one is Big Daddy Cool Diesel. In fact, I keep forgetting he held the title.

Godfather maybe?
He was first one I thought of; which does kinda go against the forgettable label I suppose.

I always thought of the Godfather as a staple Attitude era IC champion for some reason

See, but if you guys can remember it, obviously the run wasn't forgettable. I mean, Chyna, Test, Albert... the image of them having the belt looms large in the mind. Perhaps this thread should be retitled "The most regrettable IC champion."
But seriously... Booker T won it? Huh? I'm a huge Booker fan and I had no clue.
