Not a shocker, but HBK isn't thrilled about possibly joining. Billy Gunn or Road Dogg wouldn't be back as they are under contract to TNA. So WWE has put out feelers to Sean Waltman. Yes, X-Pac. The new DX, if formed, would be HHH and X-Pac.
