...should it happen.
I got a feeling this is newz...but assuming it's not...what would Cena gain by going over in Punk's final WWE match?
Who would be ideal for Punk's final match?

What the hell does partial source mean? "We stole this and re-worded it"?

This is basically piggybacking off the "Cena vs. Punk may be Punk's last feud" newsbit.

Punk put someone over? This is obviously newz. I'm more looking at the "putting Cena over" part. Honestly, aside from Cena beating the Rock at WM or breaking Taker's streak, what else can be done to put the man over? I think it'd be much more likely that they would use someone who could use it a lot more, like Christian or Morrison. Barring that, have Sheamus turn face and take out Punk. Really anyone but Show, Taker, HHH, Cena, Kane, Rey and Orton would work.

these punk leaving stories are really grating. I legit dont believe for one second that he would leave, and if I were a gambling man I would put money on it.
Literally all the evidence ive seen from any of them is that his contract ends soon. If anyone has any actual evidence of him planning on leaving, I would be very grateful to read it x

I'd be happy for Punk/Cena feud with PPV matches, though.
For one, it'd mean Punk in the main event, and two the TV matches they had were awesome.

The way he's been booked as losing the majority of the time, it's not like beating Punk is anything really super-duper special and incredible or new at this point. Although I guess it would get some people over, to some extent.

Every story so far has said that Punk hasn't indicated whether or not he will re-sign. He knows what he's doing. If he jumps the gun and screams GIMME ANOTHER 3 YEARS, he's going to get a contract. But if he makes the WWE sweat bullets, all the while driving the crowd and fanbase crazy like he is now, he can sweeten the deal for himself quite a bit.

Evan Bourne.
Dead serious. Its time to give that little guy a push already.

Although I guess it would get some people over, to some extent. Thing is, it wouldn't take much to get Punk over as Raw's top heel again. Have him and the Nexus start just motoring through people, beating everyone in their path, Punk takes the belt soon and then Cena dethrones him at SummerSlam. Simple story, just fill in the gaps. If that's what they want to do

I like how Cena portrays it as elevating Punk to keep him happy. Every Cena feud ends with this: Could somebody enlighten me WHO Cena has made stronger in their career?

Rumors are that Del Rio and Cena have a program this summer. I think Punk/Morrison is more likely for him.

This is basically piggybacking off the "Cena vs. Punk may be Punk's last feud" newsbit. It's the exact same thing. I can't say I'm excited for it if they go that route. Sure, it'll be nice to have Punk back in a main event program but it won't be that great if it's a foregone conclusion that he's going to lose the feud. Not that it wouldn't be obvious regardless but..
