By that I mean like: - Superkicking someone holding a steel chair
- Attitude Adjustment onto a pile of chairs
- Powerbombing someone through tables
- DDTing someone onto the ramp
- Spearing someone through the barricade
- Pedigreeing someone through the announce table
- Swanton Bomb off the Titantron
Off the top of my head, the Codebreaker and the Backstabber can't really be amplified anyway that I can think of, since the person delivering the move is in a way taking the more direct bump. Are there any other moves you can think of?

Would a top rope codebreaker or backstabber not count? You know, "super" moves?

I would say the knockout punch, but you could probably do that to someone holding onto the chair even though it'd hurt the puncher more.
Anaconda Vice and Cross-Armbreaker can't be amplified, I don't think, unless they bring back thumbtacks or something.

You could hit someone with a Codebreaker while they hold a steel chair. Only variation I've ever seen of a Backbreaker was Carlito's one to Jericho (I think) off of the ladder. Not really 'amplified' though.

Jericho amplified the Codebreaker at WrestleMania XXIV when he hit it on CM Punk while Punk was holding a ladder.
Sorry, can't think of any move that can't be amplified one way or another.

What if someone were holding a chair and the Codebreaker was done on them with the chair sandwiched inbetween the knees of the person delivering the move and the opponents face?

The Stunner comes to mind.

The Stunner comes to mind. I remember Austin doing the Stunner on the announce table at least once. Dunno how that'd make it more effective but there you go.

I'm curious to see how an amplified GTS would work. Unless Punk was wearing an exposed kneepad, I'm at a loss.

You could also do a codebreaker with a chair, which would be freaking awesome IMO. The GTS can't really be amplified. I guess you could do a top rope version but it wouldn't look any more painful I don't think.

The Stunner comes to mind. I believe Austin once replaced the middle kick at the start of the Stunner with a low blow. Don't know if that counts, though. Anyway, you could get an amped Stunner if you perform it with barbed wire around your arm.

The Stunner comes to mind. I always thought that if Austin did the stunner while he had the championship over his shoulder it would be more painful. I used that spot a lot when we used to wrestle in the yard as kids.

It's hard to amplify a move that doesn't look painful to begin with.

Overdrive, stunner, You Can't See Me Fist Drop (unless you were wearing brass knux or something)...um...
This is weirdly hard.
