I always thought that if Austin did the stunner while he had the championship over his shoulder it would be more painful. I used that spot a lot when we used to wrestle in the yard as kids. I remember the Disciple doing that to Savage during a World Title match with Hogan. With the big gold belt? Holy crap!

Also I can't see any sort of Flatliner, Complete Shot variant working. with those you can fall back onto a chair That doesn't really work. The guy delivering the move would take more damage falling on the chair than their opponent. The opponent doesn't really connect with the mat so much as they just kind of jam themselves on the bicep. Sharpshooter? Bearhug (without involving another person....Yeti)? Standing Full Nelson? For the Sharphooter, one cool version I've seen is using an open steel chair in a sitting position placed over the opponent and basically pinning them with no option of escape. Also for the Full Nelson, I think Hardcore Holly had a variation where he'd use a steel chair to wedge the neck when he was feuding with Brock Lesnar.

Unless you count Natalya doing it on both of LayCool at the same time.

The Cobra, unless Santino wore something like an iron glove.

The Cobra, unless Santino wore something like an iron glove. Maybe Santino doesn't cut his nails for a week or two.

Sheamus did the Irish Curse onto the steel steps once. In Maffew's own words, how does this hurt more?

Unless you count Natalya doing it on both of LayCool at the same time. Or the one she did on Melina. That looked pretty "amplified" to me...

If using the ropes counts (like in a no holds barred match), things like the sharpshooter could make use of them.
Place the opponent's neck over the bottom or second rope and sit slowly.
Also, I think a sharpshooter using a chair closed around the opponent's lower legs could possibly work.
On, and Cena has proven that the STF can be amplified by using the top rope, haha.

I remember the Disciple doing that to Savage during a World Title match with Hogan. With the big gold belt? Holy crap! Yeah, on the 4/20/98 Nitro(also the same night that Goldberg beat Raven for the U.S. Title)

I've never seen a Spear amplified, I'd think someone would use "metal" shoulder pads to make it deadlier. Reminds me of how Bret had a steel chest plate to combat Goldberg. Edge did one off the top rope to Angle in a cage match.

The Cobra. It's already amped to the max. What if the Big Show or Kane do it at Wrestlemania?

OK, I think I figured this one out.
The Lie Detector cannot be amplified at all.

Probably the Lionsault. Would seem like a bad idea. Jericho has done it to opponents with a chair laying on their midsection. You think that'd hurt him as much as his opponent but there you go. I remember the Disciple doing that to Savage during a World Title match with Hogan. Speaking of Hogan, I can't see how the Leg Drop could be amplified. Maybe if he wrapped his leg in barbwire. He could drop the leg onto a chair that's across the opponents face. I dunno if Hogan ever did that but Mankind certainly did.
