Also I can't see any sort of Flatliner, Complete Shot variant working.

I would say the knockout punch, but you could probably do that to someone holding onto the chair even though it'd hurt the puncher more. It's a punch. Brass Knuckles, loaded glove, chain wrap, take your pick. t's hard to amplify a move that doesn't look painful to begin with. It does the way Elix Skipper does it. Back to the topic: I don't think there's any move that can't be amplified somehow, though if there was, I would probably have to say (for starters) the scissors kick.

Anaconda Vice and Cross-Armbreaker can't be amplified, I don't think, unless they bring back thumbtacks or something. I am pretty sure Big Show did the knock out punch to Corre with a chair like two weeks ago?

The Codebreaker/Backcracker off of any ladder is stupid. Really stupid. I hate that.
But the worst was Carlito giving someone the backcracker on the floor.

That was my point about the Codebreaker/Backcracker: unless you're doing it to someone holding a ladder or with something in between you, you're still taking the brunt of the 'amplified' impact, whether it's off the ladder or onto the floor. It's the same reason I can't really see this working in any amplified form, ditto for Giant Bernard's standing version.

Yeah but it looks dumb because you're falling off a ladder on your back with your opponent on top of you.
Yeah he takes damage but you take an unnecessary amount too in comparison.

That move in the vid, or a backcracker or something from a higher point would hurt the victim more. It would also hurt the person giving the move more, but that's the price they pay.

This reminds me of Sheamus doing his "Irish Curse" backbreaker on ppv onto the steps.
Mind you, his opponent never interacted with the steel steps at all, Sheamus just was standing on them so apparently it was much more powerful that way when the opponent hit his knee in the same way they always do.
The announcers sold it as such too I think.

I'm curious to see how an amplified GTS would work. Unless Punk was wearing an exposed kneepad, I'm at a loss. Double-team it. Get the Big Show to toss a guy up for a flapjack, and have Punk do the kneestrike on their way down.

Would a top rope codebreaker or backstabber not count? You know, "super" moves? Also, MCMG did a sweet doubleteam backstabber/powerbomb combo that I'm too lazy to dig through footage to find.

I'm surprised that people are saying the GTS can't be amplified. Of course it can be...if you do it in the GULF OF MEXICO! Come on!

I was going to say the Walls of Jericho then I remembered putting the knee to the back to make it a liontamer and also when Benoit did the Crossface at the same time which actually made Austin tap but the match was over or something.
I've never seen a Spear amplified, I'd think someone would use "metal" shoulder pads to make it deadlier. Reminds me of how Bret had a steel chest plate to combat Goldberg.
Submissions can be amplified with more leverage like how Bret did a leg log to Austin with a ring post.

The Stunner comes to mind. I always thought that if Austin did the stunner while he had the championship over his shoulder it would be more painful. I used that spot a lot when we used to wrestle in the yard as kids. I remember the Disciple doing that to Savage during a World Title match with Hogan.
