I guess my definition of "botch" is VERY different from other peoples'....
Sin Cara's debut was awesome. I'm a little shocked this thread even exists to be perfectly honest...

That's because you don't sit around watching a wrestling show with the intent of trying to find something wrong with it even when it isn't there.

Cool camera spot to not show the trampoline. It makes it look 10x better.

It looked like a botch to me. Not a big one though. He recovered nicely.

I noticed, but only because I saw the commercials and knew what he was gonna try for and was really nervous he was gonna botch it. So when there was a wobble, I was looking for it. But he made up for it by nailing the rest of his debut. I doubt anyone in the crowd had any idea.

It wasn't a botch by any means. Yeah, he grazed the ropes on the way over, but nothing to get worked up over.
It's not like he fell through a wall and had his Stormtrooper mask fall off.

Yeah...I noticed it as well but then again, I didn't care. It was still awesome. I gotta say, reading the Raw Thread was a bit disappointing because people wasted no time nitpicking. Are we that jaded? I thought he did what he needed to do - run in, do some super flashy moves, leave. Mission Accomplished.

Can we comfirm it was a trampoline. I watched it again on youtube (in spanish which acually sounded very funny) and didn't notice it. I think he could have cleared it higher if it really was with a bounce. Does anyone know how him doing that before in Mexico?

It had to be a trampoline. How high would he have to clear to get into the ring? 10 feet or more?

Of course there was some sort of assist - I'm pretty sure it's physically impossible to jump up twice your height without a little bit of help.

Well the top rope was at Snooki's forheard... and shes 4' 10'', and i think the ring is about 4 feet of the ground, seeing as Snooki could barley see over it so 9 to clear it in the way he did.
Now in terms of the show, are we sopposed to be know about the trampoline, or does his charector have real hops?

Any botch was forgiven the moment that crossbody happened.

I'm sorry but if this is a botch then what do you guys consider 90% of what happens in the ring? It might've been a MINOR slip up at best but in my estimation, things are going great in WWE land if this is something we have to nitpick about.

He messed up a little but not completely. It could have been a lot worse but he saved it at the end. It just wasn't perfect.
