I like the idea of it only because I liked having the WHC on RAW.

I would move Orton and Sin Cara to Smackdown - Orton can be a top babyface, and along with Christian and Del Rio, could round out the upper level. And Cara could be slow built to the main event (I'm sure he could benefit from some post-show editing at this point). A feud with Rey sort of passing the torch to him would be fun.

Wait... so if Smackdown is in a major need for a top babyface... Why would they swap the two heels around? ![](http://i55.tinypic.com/2rr1awl.jpg/)

You could move CM Punk and work him into the Corre breakup, with either him of Wade Barrett turning face given their brief history.

The Miz can still turn face you know...
I mean I've heard that that's the plan for the future since he hasn't really done face in a while (especially not with this character) and I think he can pull it off. It's just a matter of winning the kids over.

Miz wouldn't need to work hard to get over. People will chant AWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESOME with him if he starts being a good guy. Hell, a lot of people do now.

I say it's time to end the farce of equality between the shows. Make Raw your SUPERSTAR show, and make SD what ECW was: a televised developmental. Move Morrison, Ziggler, Cara, Bourne and Bryan over there, and have your veteran hands be Christian, Punk and (out of left field here) Regal. Send Kane and Show to Raw. Boom, SD is now far more work-rate heavy (shades of the Smackdown Six), and those guys like Morrison and Bourne and Ziggler who have tons of upside but are stuck under the main event logjam on Raw now have room to breathe and develop their characters alongside some skilled vets to guide them along. Jed Shaffer ~But, hey, this is WWE. Why use logic? Move Orton, problem solved! ![::)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/eyesroll.png) Who does that help though? Unless you want the WHC to open Wrestlemania again, and look like a glorified IC title. The program has constantly moved stations. They NEED something big to at least try to keep the show. And the main event logjam on RAW isn't even real. Miz is handling it just fine. So did Sheamus. And Barrett fared alot better on RAW than on Smackdown. Its not 2009. Yeah, Sheamus did real fine ... until they realized that after two title reigns and a couple wins over both Orton and Cena, the audience STILL didn't believe him as main event, and they shunted him back down to the midcard for more squash matches. And Barrett did so great on Raw with his one feud against one main eventer, they sent him to Smackdown. So, two of your three examples prove my point: Raw is top heavy, and there's little room for promising midcarders to develop into legit main event contenders. If you put them on a show together and leave all established main eventers on one show, guys like Morrison and Ziggler and Bryan are going to choke and end up as never-will-bes if they're stuck treading water under Raw's established main eventers. Put them on one show, and they can grow together and be cycled in and out of Raw as needed ... or, hey, maybe make Smackdown a an entertaining show in its own right! That's how it can help those guys: by giving them TV time instead of fighting to be in the shadows of the current golden boys. Jed Shaffer ~Or would you rather have Orton or Miz jump and the WWE pretend all is well? At least my way truly shakes things up.

I remember a YouTube video of an FCW show that happened after the first Nexus attack, before Bryan was released due to Tie Gate that had Miz in a Face role. I think it could work.
He did a great job as the face in peril during the 7 minute reign he had with Cena for the tag titles.

It makes no sense to have the draft before Extreme Rules.....none at all.

I'd be ok with Punk and Miz heading to Smackdown and Alberto, Taker (whenever he returns) and Rhodes heading to RAW.
Combined with Ziggler, Cena & HHH and you've got a solid RAW upper mid-card.

This is NOT what Dave said in the Observer. He said that Rio/Cena was penciled in at one time for SummerSlam and basically that a Miz/Rio swap could be possible but not that it was in any way planned. The draft was originally planned for June so he(admittedly) has no idea what they're going to do.

The thing is Miz's is a LONG term plan, just like Orton was and Punk probably is. With every mega heel I'd imagine the inevitable plan is to make them a mega face and vice versa.

I can't see WWE giving Miz such an over-the-top push just to relegate him to Smackdown as Champion. Unless the plan is for his face turn to happen there (Which could kill his momentum) I'd leave him on Raw, send Orton or someone else to the blue brand.
