Wasn't great..... to me at least the match was ok average I would say but it never really got out of second gear it looked like they were two trainees just going through the motion, that combined with a odd looking ending and the lack of Sin Cara crowd reaction.... I heard a USA chant, a Evan chant, and a Power Ranger chant but no Sin Cara chant.... am I just pessimestic or did anyone else feel like that was a letdown?

WHY DON'T YOU GO WATCH TNA

Now that that's out of the way, I agree. It was very slow paced for a match between the two best high flyers in the company.

I agree somewhat. It felt like they were going in slow motion through most of the match. It wasn't bad, but I felt like they really weren't going all out.
Maybe the agent didn't want them going all out to overshadow other matches? Or perhaps they want to save the match for a PPV.

Indeed, it was a meh match (at best) imho. I expected much better out of these two going in.

Keep RAW thoughts to that thread until the end of the show.
Reopening now that RAW is over.

I loved it. I thought it flowed alot better then most of the other Sin Cara matches where it seemed like they didn't know how to work with his style. Sure it could have been a lot quicker but I liked it for what it was. True I think WWE told them to slow it down to not over shadow others unlike WCW which basically let them have free reign.

it was as fast paced as a WWE style match should ever be.

It was good, but not great. I don't know, maybe I'm just spoiled from having grown up watching WCW's cruiserweight division, but high flying matches in today's WWE just don't "wow" me.

I felt it was really sloppy, hardly any psychology outside of just trading a lil bit of flashy offense without any logic.
I am saying this as a fan of ROH and the old X Division of TNA, but I understand why the E doesn't do these kind of matches and rarely hires these kind of guys. The plucky face in peril works way better within the atmosphere and narrative of a WWE show.

This is a difficult style of match to do with 2 faces. The 2 just go out there and wrestle. It's that simple. I enjoyed it. There have been better Cruiserweight matches in WWE, but for Sin Cara still being so new to the WWE style, it was pretty good. The main thing he needs to work on is his pacing.

It was an OK match, but certainly not a show stealer like we all hoped for.

I really enjoyed it. "Smarks" have to realize that the "WWE" style is MUCH different from anything else. That's about as high flying as your going to get in the WWE. Want a spot fest, watch wrestling in the indies.

I think I would've enjoyed it more if WWE Vintage hadn't shown Ultimo Dragon/Liger an hour earlier.
Still, I thought it was a nice-enough match. I'd like to see them give it another shot.

I have a friend that was there tell me that Evan Bourne is hurt. If you don't believe me check your eyes, the observer, CNN, and Floyd down at the barber shop.

The whole "OMG, Sin Cara botched the finisher and hurt Bourne!" seemed like BS after watching it. Bourne landed a little awkward, but that's about it. That and it looked like Sin Cara instinctively was starting to go for the armbar, then rolled him over. Looked like Bourne tweaked his shoulder a tad, but that dude is so flexible, you can't tell with him. Overall I thought it was a solid face vs face match... and for once the mood lighting looked cool when they had their staredown outside the ring.

Sin Cara is getting popular, and he is a face, thus the ICW hate his guts, its a natural given.

I thought it was Sin Cara's best match so far. Oddly, it seemed like the crowd was more into Evan though with all the USA chants and what-not.
