Well, apparently Randy really ruffled some feathers this time. So unless Hunter still has his back, he's going down in the food chain.
So what could Vince do to basically finish botching this man's career when he gets back?
I say continue the "legend killer" gimmick, but instead of trying to take out wrestling legends, have him go after anything his logic deems to be a "legend"
(Randy looks through his fridge and finds a bucket of KFC)
Randy: Colonel Sanders. You have made history in the world of fast food and your image is recognized all around the world...I guess that makes you...a legend.
(Randy then RKO's the bucket of chicken. He then gets up and continues looking through the fridge.)
Randy: Pillsbury Doughboy....

*Randy attempts to RKO the TitanTron, however it's too big and held up by a large amount of metal supports. Randy falls on his ass as a result.

Start airing vignettes where Randy is doing the indie circuit and can't draw flies, so he's basically in an empty YMCA gym with maybe three people and a janitor. Then when he comes back have his theme music be crickets and yawns. Call him "Who Cares?" Randy Orton and bingo!

I would pay a fair amount of money to watch Orton wrestle an old bucket of fried chicken.
Maybe have him go after movie stars. Let's see Orton pick a fight with Charlton Heston at an NRA rally...

Three step program:
1. Turn him into an Advanced Legend Killer, and have his gimmick be that he actually kills legends
2. After a few months, turn him into a Futuristic Advanced Legend Killer from the 24th and 1/2 century who kills legends before they're even legends.
3. Make his character go back in time using a time machine (that he built himself, of course) and kill his own "legendary" father, thus making him not exist. Or better yet, make his character go back in time, have vignettes cut straight from the "past", have him accidentally do the dirty with his own mother, and then kill his father, thus making him his own father, and making RKO Jr.'s father and grandfather the same person. Oh, and also giving RD and Blade a chance to make the greatest WC Radio ever.
Damnit, WWE creative seriously needs to hire me.

Make him the Spirit Squads choreographer. That would be hilarious. Randy could come back during a Vince speech, interupting him. He pisses Vince off who tells him that his contract says that he owns him, so he orders him to join the Spirit Squad. After a few months Randy starts to like the idea (maybe he develops a crush on Mikey). |
