I don't like Mark Henry, never have, never will. I'm calling him out right here right now. Dude, I don't care if you don't like him or not, if he answers your challenge he's going to wreck the forum. For the record, I've been a Mark Henry fan for a long time. He makes everything they give him entertaining, no matter how terrible it is. I'm glad to see him wrecking stuff.

Doesn't Henry still hold a record in some form of lifting (I'm thinking either Deadlift or Squat maybe) that he set some 15 years ago? Or was that just part of his kayfabe character?

Former Arnold Classic World Strongest Man; Pan American Games silver medalist; Senior National Champion in Snatch, Clean and Jerk for four consecutive years; Holder of the Senior National Championship for three years, two consecutive ones; current holder of the all time raw squat world record at 430 kilograms.
Yeah... good luck with that.

If we team up on him, we can throw him over the top rope. That always works in the Royal Rumble.

Or was that just part of his kayfabe character? he holds the record for strongest man with no assistance from any kind of substance. whether it be muscle milk or hgh. pure raw strength.

World record The record for a raw deadlift (a deadlift performed without the aid of a deadlift suit where only a belt is allowed) is 461.3 kg (1,017 lb) by Benedikt Magnússon.[2] The record for an equipped deadlift (a deadlift performed using a deadlift suit using a standard bar and plates where straps are disallowed) is 457.5 kg (1,009 lb) by Andy Bolton.[3] The record for the tire deadlift (in which hummer tires are used in place of plates) under Strongman rules where lifting straps are allowed is 504 kg (1,110 lb) by Lithuanian strongman Zydrunas Savickas at the Arnold Strongman Classic 2011. The record for a one handed deadlift is 329.7 kg (727 lb) by Hermann Görner, who also lifted a 734 1/2 lb block of sandstone in similar fashion. Those lifts were done with a hook grip to allow more weight to be used, a common practice with one handed deadlifts. I tried looking up the record under different names, Henry isn't listed as the holder of any current record. Not to discount the guy he'd break me in half, just sayin.

To be fair my source for this is Wikipedia so its validity is questionable. Someone probably need to update that page.
