crazy that i never heard this mentioned and its a pretty asshole move on his fathers part to abandon his son and let him and his mother rot away in poverty Vince Sr. was pretty much just a carny, whether or not he should be called an asshole, I'll leave to everyone else. His business involved him being on the road with his promotion. Pretty much everybody to have ever worked with him has had almost nothing but good things to say about Vince Sr. So calling him an asshole would probably not be very truthful.

Don't let that get in the way of a good old fashioned prejudice.

I Googled "Vince McMahon Playboy interview" and found parts one and two. Any idea where to locate part three? I'm intrigued by his stories.

PLAYBOY: What's the prognosis for Turner's WCW?
MCMAHON: I understand it's for sale.
PLAYBOY: You interested?
MCMAHON: Possibly.
This interview took place right before the sale went through, so I find this amusing

That is a tremendous interview. No telling how much Vince is being honest or totally working at some points of it, though. Still, I think the story about him "killing Dracula" in Shane's closet so he wouldn't be scared is pretty awesome.
"Son, you never have to worry about Dracula again. Dracula's dead."

I want a Hogan Knows Best type show about Vince McMahon. Doesn't have to have Linda or even Shane or Steph. I just want to see Vince McMahon doing things outside of wrestling. I want to see him make his grandchildren breakfast. *Not make them into breakfast, maybe make them waffles. Does Vince McMahon own a waffle maker? Its these types of things that keep me up at night. As far as the sexual abuse he alluded to in the Playboy interview, after I first heard that, my initial thought was there have been alot of rumored incest storylines the past few use Edit: Reading further down in the interview. He basically says what I was thinking : PLAYBOY: We can leave that topic, but one thing first. You have said that the sexual abuse in your childhood "wasn't from the male." It's well known that you're estranged from your mother. Have we found the reason?
MCMAHON: [Pauses, nods] Without saying that, I'd say that's pretty close.

I've always read how Vince had a thing against southern wrestlers also. First I've ever heard of it. And what evidence we have from observation points to the contrary. If only he wasn't biased against the south, imagine how much of a star Steve Austin would have been if he'd been given the ball.

Doesn't he have a half brother, too? Rod McMahon, or something?

Just because Vince Sr left his wife shortly after Vinny Mac was born, does not mean he's a bad guy. Maybe she was a crazy *#*##, and he was smart to get out of there. Remember, she next hooked up with a guy that beat her & her sons, and stayed with him. She was probably too crazy for Vince Sr to handle.
