Never - he's too nice a guy in real life to believe as a heel. The Rock is, arguably, one of the nicest guys outside a wrestling ring. He was also one of the greatest heels of all time once. Infact, I would argue that the more of a nice guy reputation you have, the better feul you have for a heel turn. Nobody was that shocked when Douchtista turned heel, for instance.

I think eventually he will. The kids will grow up, and the ones who are still fans of his will be heartbroken, just like I was when Hogan turned. Problem is, if they wait until the kids have grown up, it won't have the same impact as doing it now.
To be honest, I don't even want him to turn heel, it's not what he needs to be fresh. What he needs is that edge back that made everyone like him in the first place. I remember I read that when they had just started to turn him face, Michael Hayes thought he could be the next anti-hero like Austin, which they experimented with when Cena gave his partner Benoit an FU after they'd won a tag match (apparently it didn't go over too well with the live crowd so they left it off the taping and the Cena anti-hero experiment stopped there)
