Anyone who ever lost to Triple H should've won. Am I doing it right? Yes

Any match with the stipulation that John Cena would have to leave WWE forever.

This thread begins and ends with Orton vs. Triple H at Mania 25.

I see people putting Hogan/HBK on their lists.
But I think HBK needed to loose. He was the heel who turned on Hogan. He ran Hogan down on the mic for a month and than he was beaten clean.
It made perfect sense.

My pick is HHH/Owen at Mania 14. Owen's trying to avenge Bret being screwed, he's the sole survivor, & what happens in the early part of the feud? He gets a 10 minute TV match for the WWF Title that ends in a DQ, a weak showing in the Rumble & then a loss to HHH at Mania 14. Hell, that whole feud should've played out differently, but that's another story for another day.

It made perfect sense. Yeah, Hogan losing would have been alot like what people were complaining about where Booker lost to HHH at mania. I would have liked to see HBK win, simply because I like HBK and don't like Hogan. In reality though, the correct person won (and the feud itself was done well from beginning to end I thought)

Yea... but I've noticed, here and other places, that HBK is pretty treated like the GOAT when all the evidence puts him nowhere near the top 25!

Cena over JBL during the "Shawn Michaels is Broke" storyline. Although we did get HBK vs. Taker 1 at WM 25 I think JBL/HBK should have been the EDIT: World Heavyweight Title match at WM, and Taker/HBK could've still had their match at WM 26. Swagger not winning the IC title when he was sucked into the Dolph/Kofi vortex. I likened Swagger's involvement to tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/DarkHorseVictory.

JBL VS HBK isn't a WM ME draw.

JBL VS HBK isn't a WM ME draw. In particular when Orton had to get the shot at the WWE Title. Don't forget at that time, Orton was red f***ing hot. After Orton punted Vince, you knew it was going to be Orton vs Trips at Mania.

How about Bats/Orton at extreme rules. They knew Batista was hurt, so they had him go over and drop the belt the next night on raw. IMO they should have had Orton beat him and "injure" him to write him out.

Got only one for now: Nexus vs Team WWE.Totally stupid decision to make Team WWE win.If Nexus won each member would have the right to brag about how they defeated WWE's finest and with that kind of victory at a PPV like Summerslam would definitely boost their style. yeah, same for me...most obvious choice

Agree with most here.
I'd have also liked to have seen Barrett beat Orton for the title. We'd have avoided the Cena getting fired (but never leaving) crap, and NXT would have at least looked like it meant something somehow.

Barrett should've gone over Orton semi-cleanly at SS.
Christian should never lost the title on Smackdown.
Christian should have retained at Summerslam.
Booker T should've won at WM19.
Team Nexus should've won at Summerslam 2010.
Kane should've won the World Title at Armageddon 2003.
Ortons should've gone over Hogan.

I've seen two on this list that had outside circumstances that dictated who won.
1. JBL/Eddie- Eddie was cracking under the pressure of being Champ and asked to drop the belt. JBL just happened to be who he was feuding with at the time.
2. HHH/Foley, No Way Out. Foley was barely walking at that point in his career and was about to retire. He wanted to put Triple H over huge before he left.

Undertaker rarely loses so it should mean something when he does; therefore the great Khali should never have beaten him.

Diesel over Bob Backlund shortly after the 1994 Survivor Series. If they were gonna give him the belt, couldn't they have saved a Diesel/Backlund title match for the Royal Rumble (which would have let Backlund have a decent reign as champ) or maybe a triple threat Bret/Diesel/Backlund match? Well, they didn't do triple threats back then. I don't even know if they were invented yet to be honest lol. But I do agree with your main point.

not really a case of the wrong guy going over, but I would have loved to have seen the crowd's reaction if Cena had won at ONS 2006.

Probably in the minority here, but I would like to have seen Benoit win the title from Angle at the RR.
