I was thinking about this today and was thinking of all the times a heel won a WWE/WCW/AWA/WHC title clean.
And by clean, I mean no distraction or interference from a Manager/Stable Member, no use of a Foreign Object or an illegal move (unless that match stipulation allowed it).
So far, I have (I think)
Randy Orton at SummerSlam 2004 Ric Flair at Royal Rumble 1992

Did Khali win the World Title clean?
Sheamus did I suppose even if Cena did just fall into the table.

Brock Lesnar v. The Rock at SummerSlam Didn't Heyman interfere in that one? Haven't seen it in ages, so I may be wrong.

Does Flair at RR 92 count? Hogan pulled Sid out after being eliminated.

Does Flair at RR 92 count? Hogan pulled Sid out after being eliminated. I'd give it since Hogan was a face and wasn't doing it to help Flair.

Does Flair at RR 92 count? Hogan pulled Sid out after being eliminated. I counted it due to the Rumble always sort of being "no-DQ".

Brock Lesnar v. The Rock at SummerSlam Didn't Heyman interfere in that one? Haven't seen it in ages, so I may be wrong. Sure Heyman got involved during the match, but he was a complete non-factor in the finish of the match. The Rock put him through a table during the match and that kept him from being involved at all with the finish. If I recall, Brock kicks out of the Rock Bottom. The Rock kicks out of Lesnar's Rock Bottom. The Rock attempts a People's Elbow, but Lesnar quickly gets up and hits Rock. Brock blocks a Rock Bottom and then applies the F-5 for the win. I think that's a clean win. A manager almost has to get somewhat involved in a match, otherwise he shouldn't be out there. Heyman's involvement in this match didn't lead to Brock winning or The Rock not being able to win.

I can't remember the specifics but did Edge use shenanigans when he won the title from RVD?

I can't remember the specifics but did Edge use shenanigans when he won the title from RVD? They announcers acted like there were and the camera cuts to the audience the producers decided to show made it out like it was. If I recall, John Cena put RVD in the FU. Edge takes out Cena. Edge pins RVD. If that's all it was then there wasn't anything illegal. I wouldn't even call that 'heelish' either, though WWE portrayed it as if he "stole" the match from Cena. If I recall, that's basically what babyface Mankind did to win the WWE Championship at SummerSlam and he was cheered for it and the announcers didn't see it as a dastardly way to win.

Wasn't Orton's win over Cena at Hell in a Cell 09 for the WWE Title clean?
Jericho beat Batista cleanly in a cage in October 08 to win back the World Title after losing it at Cyber Sunday.
I can't remember, was the Giant's world title win over Ric Flair in Nitro in January 96 a clean one?

Sheamus technically beat Cena clean at TLC '09, since no one interfered.

Was Brock a heel when he beat Angle on SmackDown in the Iron Man Match? I seriously can't remember, but I'll always remember that Brock appeared on local radio station in Atlanta during that week and spoiled it for me by referring to himself as the WWE Champion before SmackDown aired.
