I can't give you one, so I'll give you five. Flair, Taker, Savage, HHH, Andre.

I've of course already answered Bret Hart, and that remains my answer, but seeing these posts compels me to post one more thing here, and that is (with all due respect to Curt Hennig) that Randy Savage is probably the closest thing I've seen to my image of the perfect wrestler. He had it all, could do it all and perhaps above all was incredibly memorable.

X-Pac, if we're being honest. It's beyond random, but Pac was always a favorite of mine for whatever reason. I used to be obsessed with the branco buster. Nobody was safe around me. If you sat in front of me, expect a face full of levi.

I go back and forth between Undertaker and HBK on this on a regular basis, but more often than not I'll go with Undertaker.

It's a weird-ass tie of sorts between Bret Hart, Steve Austin, CM Punk, and yes, even John Cena (moreso because of the good he does outside of the ring).

Bret The Hitman Hart. I feel like a frontrunner going with him because he probably had the most impressive career in WWF history in terms of longevity and quality. He wrestled more matches for the WWF/E than anyone. He was on every Wrestlemania card from 2-13. 5 time WWF champion, the second guy to do that after Hulk Hogan, so back then it was a huge accomplishment. He launched the careers of Owen Hart, Shawn Michaels, and Stone Cold Steve Austin over the top.
And dammit, he is just the best pro wrestler I have ever had the pleasure of watching.

Not that I don't make it obvious enough, but Chris Jericho has been my favourite since I started watching wrestling. I started watching post-Vengeance 2001, about 11yrs old, so The Rock, Austin, Taker and other big names were about, but whenever Jericho popped up on my screen he would just make me laugh and entertain me like nobody else.

HBK as I liked the Rockers, hated him as a heel and then loved him post comeback (so many great matches), he's the only wrestler that could make me put aside any smarky feelings and just get me into the match. I think that it helps that he had a fairly consistent character and had a simple arc of face, heel turn and redemption which more or less followed his real-life exploits.

Has to be Chris Jericho. I'd been a fan since first seeing him in WCW in 1996, and I've never stopped being a mark for the guy.
Honorable mentions go to Rob Van Dam and CM Punk. Those guys have sold me a TON of merchandise over the years.
