This is about wrestler and just their moveset and in-ring talent alone. I don't mean to imply that one wrestler is automatically better because they have more moves. As good as Chris Jericho is, some may say that the Undertaker is better for example. Anyways, who in your opinion is just not that good a wrestler in terms of in-ring ability alone? Some wrestlers are charismatic, or good talker, but they are below average to just bad in the ring.

Miz, Khali, Riley, Mason Ryan, Jinder Mahal, and most of the divas and NXT people.

Miz, Riley, and Ezekiel Jackson, and every single diva whose name is not Beth or Natayla all come to mind.

Jack Swagger. Just not at all what you'd hope he could be based on first impression.

Miz is the worst offender in terms of talent to push ratio. He's really, really bad at the actual wrestling aspect of "Sports Entertainment".

Will everyone stop saying Cena please? When the booking is right, he's one of the best in the world with in-ring psychology.

It's also about storytelling. I like Cena. In fact I like most of the others mentioned (Miz, Khali and Swagger come to mind.)

It's his storytelling that's awful. He can tell a story, but it's the same one every time.

Yeah, have to go with Miz here.
Not that I hate the guy, or think that he's total garbage. I think he's lost his way to a degree, transitioning from the shrill, wild-eyed, genuinely obnoxious frat boy shtick that got him over on his way up, to just a lesser version of the "wear suit, talk slowly" Jericho school of heeling, but he still has a natural charisma and comfort level on the mic that practically no one else in the company can match.
But in the ring, the guy just looks like an especially solid FCW worker. It's obvious that he has all of the basic mechanics down, but "mechanically sound" isn't what you want in a main event talent. When you have main event guys like Punk, Ziggler, Del Rio, Orton, Jericho, Sheamus, Bryan, Christian and (when he's motivated) Cena, who can all put on ridiculously good, athletic, exciting matches at the top of the card, Miz sticks out sorely as the guy who just can't hang.
Beyond that, for as good of a talker as he is, he has very little physical charisma. Mark Henry isn't a workhorse, but you believe what he does, because he's a genuine monster. When Punk was a heel, he was actually smaller than Miz, but came across as tough and ruthless and just crazy enough to be unpredictable. Miz too often appears to be going through the motions of being "EEVILLLL!!!", playing a character instead of embodying any of the genuine sadism or sociopathy a guy who looks like that needs to get over as a threat.

RVD at ONS2, Edge in the TLC match, Punk whenever they go, (it takes two to have matches that good), and the match with Batista at Summerslam 08 all say otherwise.

Miz is the definition of this thread. Well him, and a bunch of the FCW grads.

Even though I like the guy, I can't say that R-Truth's in-ring work "lights my world on fire", so to speak.

I'm talking about on a regular basis. I know he can have an entertaining match once in a while, but most of the time it's the same old get your ass kicked for most of the match and then make a super comeback, with little effort, for the win all the while no-selling the previous beatdown. Aside from his matches with Punk, I haven't seen a really good Cena match in years.

None of those are any good to you?

Honestly, there are John Cena matches out there that I think are better than any of his matches against Punk, or any of CM Punk's WWE matches at all. As far as his in-ring work goes, I think he's pretty underrated.

Most Kofi Kingston matches seem the same, and he ends up being a big nothing to me.
I'm getting pretty tired of Kane in the ring. He was good once upon a time, but he's just too much of a brawler now.
Jack Swagger isn't entertaining.
The Bellas are shit.
