Brent Albright/Gunner Scott. I always felt like the reason they released him is because he was basically a carbon copy of Benoit and they didn't need two of them running around. They should really give him a second chance now if he's still in the business. He had some tremendous matches with Punk in OVW and I seem to remember him being really good in ROH after his WWE release. He was a decent worker, but had negative charisma.

Colt Cabana. They really cut his legs out from under him by making him a voiceless jobber. If they'd given him a mic with no script for a few months, he could have been as over as Santino.

You could write a book on this subject.
Kaval would be my choice.

Scott Vick (aka Sick Boy in WCW) was in developmental for years, and he was a very talented dude.
From what I've seen, they botched with Gavin Spears pretty badly, and obviously Kaval.

After seeing how much he improved with TNA, I have to go with Matt Morgan.
The guy is very solid on the mic and he has the size and physique that the WWE loves.

I will never understand the love for Colt Cabana, Not sure if he counts, but I nominate Rob Conway, dude could have been something more than a punchline, albeit an hilarious one. I think part of it is in an industry with reknown a-holes you have a guy who tends to stay positive, works hard, and is just a really good guy to his fans. Plus he got a chance at the big time and the WWE never really took a chance on him. Did he get jaded or blame it on others like most wrestlers would? No, he's out there trying to prove you don't need the WWE to really be a success in wrestling.

Colt Cabana is a guy that is so entertaining, non fans love him. I'm not saying he's the best wrestler, or the best promo or the best anything, but I know my girlfriend is bored out of her mind when we go to ROH shows, but she keeps going to see Colt. She even owns a Colt T-shirt. Note: Yeah I know he isn't in ROH anymore

Scott Vick (aka Sick Boy in WCW) was in developmental for years, and he was a very talented dude. I'm surprised he never made it to WWF/E TV, he had the look they like and he was certainly better in the ring than some of the other stiffs they called up.

Vance Archer. He could've been the next Test if given the proper push.

How about the guy that Colt Cabana always mentions as the biggest missed prospect?
Shawn Spears. He got on ECW TV for about 2 weeks, probably only out of pity and for feeling bad that they kept him in developmental for SOOOOOOOOOOOO long.. They didn't even try to do anything with him.

I'll say MVP. This guy had it in my opinion. He could've been something big, bigger than he ended up being. But sadly they were just never willing to get behind the guy after a point whether that stemmed from his past criminal record, the heart condition they diagnosed him with, or that whole thing where he joked about the piss test.

I agree with you on MVP, he had a unique look, and I really thought the Ballin Elbow was the 2nd Most Electrifying Move in Sports Entertainment.
