Brent Albright/Gunner Scott. I always felt like the reason they released him is because he was basically a carbon copy of Benoit and they didn't need two of them running around. They should really give him a second chance now if he's still in the business. He had some tremendous matches with Punk in OVW and I seem to remember him being really good in ROH after his WWE release. He was a decent worker, but had negative charisma. Well, the same could be said for Benoit even towards the end of his career. Albright was pretty good in the ring for someone as green as he was and he still had plenty of time to work on charisma and whatnot. I just don't think that charisma is too terribly important. Not every guy on the roster has to be oozing charisma. The ones that don't have it should just not talk.

Scott Vick (aka Sick Boy in WCW) was in developmental for years, and he was a very talented dude. I'm surprised he never made it to WWF/E TV, he had the look they like and he was certainly better in the ring than some of the other stiffs they called up. The rumour was that they were going to bring him up as Katie Vick's brother and feud with Kane. Yeah.

Normally I agree that charisma won't matter as much for some of the greatest workers (Bret and Benoit being the prime examples), but in Albright's case, his mic skills were so bad it was impossible to get past.
