Undertaker vs. John Cena is a match I've been hoping to see for the past 3 or 4 years. I think WM 29 could finally be the year for that. They need to get rid of him. He doesn't draw anymore. Nobody is buying WM that wouldn't buy it if it didn't have a Taker match. Speak for yourself. The past 3 years in particular his match has basically saved the show from being a complete dud to me. And this year I'm looking forward to his match as much as Rock/Cena. And as for drawing, his segment last week gained over a million viewers. More than Rock, Cena, Punk, Jericho or anyone else has this year.

I hope he works Wrestlemania as long as he's physically able. The fact that he only works once a year makes him even more of a special attraction.
Anyone complaining about him taking some young wrestler's spot doesn't know much about business. Taker is a HUGE draw, despite the impression the Minneapolis fans might have given.

He should do DDP's Yoga, supposedly everyone has tremendous success with it, eliminating pain and nagging injuries. I know it's not magic, but if he had the surgery, and during his hiatus goes through it, he'd probably feel like a billion bucks. Doesn't Taker have beef with DDP from when he used to hide in his bushes?

Don't we get these types of reports every year at WrestleMania time? Undertaker is probably one of the only guys who still kayfabes in the WWE locker room. There's no telling how good or bad of shape his body really is. The way he exited WrestleMania last year was all part of the plan as I'm sure they've had this re-match with HHH in the works since then. I don't think it's fair to Undertaker for people to be saying he's broken down, can't move, etc. when, like some have said, there's alot younger guys on the roster who have had a lot worse injuries than Taker.

Unless things really change, I hope they don't end the streak. Right now, there are very few people I could buy ending it, and I'm not sure any of them could do it without pissing me off in a "did they actually do that?" kind of way.

The way I see it: Just because you are healthy and probably CAN go two more matches, doesn't mean you should. To me that's saying "my body hasn't completely failed on me yet, so what the hell!". Smart people quit before even reaching that point.
And 20-0 is a great number, why go further than that?

Taker vs. Cena
Taker vs. Muta
Taker vs. Sting
These are the last great potential matches Taker has left. Maybe even Taker vs. Lesnar or (who knows) Taker vs. Goldberg. Three Wrestlemania matches and one or two Summerslams and we're good.
I would watch any of these and probably love them.

.......or something like that *chuckles*
2 more characters he's never done before :
Britneytaker (makes sence with his head shaving) Partytaker (this was Bearers nick name from him back in the day lulz)

Let him go 'til he's 80, I'd still be entertained.

Let him go 'til he's 80, I'd still be entertained. Paul Bearer will somehow still come back to be his manager.

At times Taker has literally been booked as an incarnation of death itself. He'll always be a "legitimate threat" to anyone on the roster fer crissakes. And everyone has been saying Taker is "broken down" for years, yet last year he ran the ropes faster than anyone else on the card and could still walk the ropes. Quit acting like he's as crippled and gimped as Khali. Where's all the concern for what Khali is doing to himself, eh? As of last year, Taker still has less obvious movement impariment syndromes/joint dysfunctions than lots of guys on the roster. Hell, Christian has scapular winging and will probably have a succession of shoulder injuries but no one is saying he needs to hang it up. Taker can keep going, maybe even to 25-0. Taker may even outlast Cena and Orton, given how banged up those two are. The end of Last year's match validates what I said. As he couldn't even walk out, he looked dead (Pun Intended) First off that match wasn't exactly a normal match - both guys did a lot of tough spots. Secondly, considering it's been brought up all year round and was shown in full at WM he, whilst I'm sure was pretty banged up, was probably selling.

A guy wrestling only one match a year?
If this were a decade ago and some wrestler only wanted to work one show a year, I'm pretty sure 'Taker himself would be taping up his fists ready to tell the guy to either get on board or GTFO.

I doubt that. Undertaker's been built to a point where he'll always be seen as a credible threat to beat anyone, no matter how much time he takes off. Fans generally accept it. The same tends to go for anyone in that kind of position - HHH, Rock, Hogan, etc. Fans accept it because it's been HHH for the past 2 years, someone who also hasn't been wrestling regularly. If it were someone like Cena, who's been wrestling all year long is the one losing to Taker, I could see some fans getting upset over it. Especially when you consider how obvious it is that Taker isn't in the best of physical conditions. Shawn Michaels came back after four years in retirement to beat Raw's top heel in his first real match back and no one got upset. Undertaker's usually been booked far more strongly than HBK for the past twenty years. No one's really going to get upset if he's seen as a threat to Cena, or anyone else.

On the business side, yeah he's a proven draw. But as a wrestling fan, I wish he'd end it with Triple H.

Well, the heel did horrible things to him and he won with some kind of roll-up. He also kept on working afterwards for 8 years.
