Looks like ROH stole the FCW cloning machine.

It's like ROH is doing this on purpose now.

Seems like ROH won't stop until they get their own version of HHH/Cena/Orton.
Night 2 is going to be the better show anyway so I don't really care.

All they need is the FCW name trolla and they'll be set. Though recently FCW doesn't have as many clones.
Maybe ROH stole it.

I will say this. I'll take a bunch of guys that look the same but kick ass in the ring over a bunch of guys that look the same and wrestle that boring ass mid 2000's WWE style.

Seems like ROH won't stop until they get their own version of HHH/Cena/Orton. If anything, like most of it's existence, ROH is trying to copy Japan. When they first launched they were trying to be all Strong Style like New Japan, then went all factiony like Dragon Gate and now they're trying the Kings Road storyline from 90's All Japan. Which if I recall was matches mostly featuring Mitsuharu Misawa, Toshiaki Kawada and Kenta Kobashi. Except there seems to be even less personality involved.

Which will win out? Dull, bland, or boring? Either way, there will be a whole lot of "stiff" kicking involved. And no promos worth a damn. It says something when your strongest mic presence in a feud is Roderick Strong. And what it says is NOT good.

And Akira Taue, and Jun Akiyama, and Stan Hansen, and Steve Williams, and Johnny Ace, and Masanobu Fuchi, and Yoshinari Ogawa, and Jumbo Tsuruta (if one goes to the beggining of it all), and a few more. It's not like they just put those three against each other and that's it. There was A LOT of build, from Misawa's mask removal, to winning against Jumbo, Misawa's army vs Jumbo's army, then Misawa the ace, Misawa/Kobashi vs Holy Demon Army, the quest of Kawada, Kobashi won't die, Akiyama skyrocketing through the ranks, Taue winning the title out of nowhere, the gaijin force always there, etc. Way more than "put three guys that wrestle similar and look similar in multiple matches against each other". So, yeah, I agree that ROH always tries to emulate Japan stuff. Problem is: it never worked. ROH needs to be ROH, not "Japanophile American Wrestling Promotion".

I'm cool with the triple threat as long as this is it for the perpetual trinity of Eddie Edwards/Davey Richards/Roderick Strong. I'm a big fan of the three but they need some time apart. It seems only natural that Strong and Elgin team up and kick ass in the tag team division.

It says something when your strongest mic presence in a feud is Roderick Strong. And what it says is NOT good. Clearly this trio has more presence and entertainment/storytelling value than Joe/Punk/Homicide and Aries/Nigel/Danielson.
