I'll wait for Sunday, but episode 2 has leaked online. On it. All this talk of Ramsay but none of the Freys? Ah yes, the undeniably creepy old guy {Spoiler}Use this damn button!

Having just finished watching episode 2 - I can tell you that a lot of things are changed from the book. What's cool about that is that it gives you new interesting possibilities, and is like having a second second book to watch, ya know?
Where'd you hear that the new episode had leaked online? Any special fansites you frequent? I'd like to check some out now that I've read most of what has been written. I did the mistake of checking out one when I was half way through the first book and found plenty of undesirable spoilers just in sidebars and quotes and such, not fun.
Apologies about the lack of spoiler tags, figured they weren't necessary since I was simply writing out a name. I'll be more careful next time around.

I heard about the leak, from winter-is-coming.net, it's a very good site for news about the TV show. For discussions about the books, I go to towerofthehand.com or the forums at westeros.org.

The leaked episode maintains the excellence to be expected from this series. However, a few things annoyed me {Spoiler} No scenes with Cat getting to Renly, yet we had to sit through a few scenes of Dany failing to act well and repeat the same lines ad nauseum? Great.
Sheeren and her jester Patchface, and I assume Edric Storm have been deleted, which could give the show some problems in the future considering that Patchface at least seems to be important/knows something. This also might hurt the character development of Davos.
The sex scene with Melisandre and Stannis wasnt really needed. It's hinted at in the books, but it's not explicitly stated until Melisandre gets a chapter right up in the most recent book. I don't think we needed that scene as it doesnt really add anything to the story of what comes come next that isnt just going to hurt Stannis as a character.
The disgust didnt come across enough following the incest foreplay between Theon and Asha. He looked shocked, but not nearly disgusted enough for someone who'd just been fingering his sister
Minor complaints really, and for a show that so far has only managed to annoy me on two previous occasions, ones I can totally forgive.

As to youtbuber spoiler above, havnt Seem this yet but I am totally fine with the interaction you mentioned between Stannis and his advisor despite it not appearing in the book.

I just got done watching the first episode of the season. Loved it.
When Tyrion was walking out of his first scene in the episode, I added, to myself, "I have another Emmy to win."
Stannis' first scene on the beach didn't do much for me, but the scene where he is writing the letter revealing the truth about Joffrey? Well let's just say I am a fan of Stannis now. Also, bra-f***ing-vo to Cersei for slapping that twat Joffrey!

I hope it becomes a running gag were at least once a season someone else in his family slaps him. {Spoiler}a pity he dies before the Kingslayer could wapp him in the face with that gold-plated cast-iron hand of his.

Alright people who patiently waited a week instead of catching a blotchy youtube version. We're almost there!

Well, that was a good episode. Not as good as last week's, but still solid.
A few things:
1) My Ghost, how have you grown. 2) All hail the Church of Stannis! I'm thinking of converting to Stannisism. 3) That fire god wench is one hot piece of ACE!

That was a good episode. Loved the Theon scenes.
Also the two Gotcha scenes were just as I'd hoped.

I can now post my previous post without the spoiler tags (and the youtube version I saw was great quality thank you ) However, a few things annoyed me No scenes with Cat getting to Renly, yet we had to sit through a few scenes of Dany failing to act well and repeat the same lines ad nauseum? Great. Sheeren and her jester Patchface, and I assume Edric Storm have been deleted, which could give the show some problems in the future considering that Patchface at least seems to be important/knows something. I don't think we needed that scene as it doesnt really add anything to the story of what comes come next that isnt just going to hurt Stannis as a character, if indeed the fact that he was willing to throw away all his morals and all his honesty for the chance of a bastard son doesnt already show him with feet of clay. The disgust didnt come across enough following the incest foreplay between Theon and Asha. He looked shocked, but not nearly disgusted enough for someone who'd just been fingering his sister Minor complaints really, and for a show that so far has only managed to annoy me on two previous occasions, ones I can totally forgive.

The FX looked better.
