The match with Brock was so great I found myself rooting for Cena at the end, and was glad he won, just from being lost in the story.

He needs to bring back "Five Questions", IMO.

Any like/tolerance I had of him was completely washed away by yet another "fake leave" by him. Either go away or don't bring it up at all.

Amazing what booking him like a human being can do. This. Take the Super out of SuperCena and you have a very likable lead face, one that isn't all that hard to relate to, either.

Just remember folks, once you wave one of those Cena foam fingers, that's something you're going to have to live with for the rest of your life!

4 year member of this club myself. Going on five years now. Oddly enough, back in 2004/2005 I thought he utterly sucked and hated how he was supplanting Eddie Guerrero as Smackdown's top guy, but now he's constantly in my fav five.

I wouldn't say I'm starting to "like" him, but in this feud with Ace, for the first time in a long, LONG, LONG time, I'm actually pulling for him.

Funny, over the past few months, I was starting to like Cena. Felt now was the prefect time for him to take a break and come back strong. But between last night and the rumors of how he swerved Brock on sunday, I'm starting to wonder if Cena is secretly as much of a politician as HHH and Hogan.

I actually quite like his "unquestionably good guy" persona. Then again, I mostly pull for the faces in most feuds.

He said he THOUGHT he was going to end up leaving, suggesting he believed he was injured and if he wasn't his boss was going to punish him.

I remember the date I became a fan. November 2008.
No particular reason why, I just "got" him all of a sudden.

I too gained more respect for Cena lately, but one childish poop-joke filled promo later and we'll all go right back to hating him again.

Thank you, it took way too long for it to be mentioned that he has "no sold" another leave of absence. This bothered me and if he would have left and came back, well I think it would have helped alot.

What's with all the talk about him no selling another leave. He said IF he has to take a vacation.
IF.
He didn't say "I am" or " I'm going to be" he said "If".
Doesn't mean they can't write him off by having Brock completely "break" his arm at Over the Limit during the match with Johnny Ace...but still. He never said he WAS leaving.

I've always liked the guy but hate the character. After his crap on Sunday, I'm starting to not like the guy either.
I remember we used to get a new "The man" every year or two. It's been the Cena show for 7 freakin years now with no end in sight.
It's so bad I'm starting to feel like one of those guys that laughs at people for liking wrestling, even though I've been a fan since 85. I can't take this roller coaster WWE's been on the past year and half, it's great one month, sucks the next.

I like him when he has competitive matches and doesn't yell for no reason in his promos.

I want to like him, but then he gets all jokey and tries to be cute at the wrong time (like in his promo on Raw). Then I go back to being annoyed by him.
