I'd have to say Ric Flair at WM18. Way better than I thought it was going to be. Highly entertaining.

You know, I often wonder which is the more impressive half of the streak: the half where Undertaker puts on great matches with legends or the half where he was always booked to win before they even noticed he was on a streak.

If I had to give a top 10 chart rundown, I'd say...
1. vs HBK, WM25 2. vs HHH, WM28 3. vs HBK, WM26 4. vs Edge, WM24 5. vs Flair, WM18 6. vs Batista, WM23 7. vs Orton, WM21 8. vs HHH, WM17 9. vs Kane, WM14 10. vs HHH, WM27
The earlier matches are either squashes, or matches against big lumps that aren't particularly good.

His first against HBK for sure. But I think the Flair match is severely underrated and often forgotten about. Rock vs. Hogan seemed to overshadow just about everything else that year (and with good reason).

You know, I often wonder which is the more impressive half of the streak: the half where Undertaker puts on great matches with legends or the half where he was always booked to win before they even noticed he was on a streak. I've always thought that too. I always use the first part of the streak to explain why the streak is impressive to the casual fans I have over for mania who don't think a predetermined streak is impressive. I say, "It isn't since they've noticed, but what is impressive is that he was such a big and important character to their product, that right since the beginning of his career, they needed him to win or, if all things were equal, prefered he'd win, every year at their biggest show. They just put him over because they thought it was best for business for like 10 years before they noticed and turned it into a storyline.

Honestly? I like this year's cell most. Storytelling, atmosphere, build-up. Loved it.

Despite having already posted in here, I keep reading this as "Favorite match of The Sheik".

Triple H, Hell in a Cell. It was probably the Orton match or the Mania 27 one, but I just loved that one so goddamn much.

vs HBK at WM 25. Just barely edges out their second match IMO.

Versus Bundy.
Before you laugh at me, I will readily admit my bias -- it's the only match of the streak I got to see live and in person, and from pretty decent seats. The others might have been greater performances, but the "in arena vs. sitting on couch" factor counts for a lot.

His match with HBK, 25th Anniversary of WrestleMania (still extremely awkward phrasing it that way)

The first Michaels match is definitely the best in-ring wise, but for the sheer strength of the angle preceding it, I think I prefer the original Undertaker/Kane showdown.
