Don't know exactly where or how Lamar Odom fits here, but at the rate we are letting talent walk out the door, I'm more then happy to add some.

I hate you Stern, Cuban, Gilbert, etc.... The deal was fair and all three teams got what they wanted. Now Houston and NO get screwed over. Thanks alot.

F*** David Stern. F*** him good and f*** him hard.
I won't watch a single game until he's out as commissioner.

WojYahooNBA Here's problem for New Orleans now. Just asked executive on team with interest in Chris Paul if they'll get involved now. Front office executive on re-entering CP3 derby: "My initial reaction is, 'Who wants to go through that headache with the NBA playing God?'"

What a f***ing disgrace. Plain and simple. What brought me back into the NBA last season is now officially gone and done for once again in a year and change. I could give no f***s anymore. When's baseball starting again?

johnhollinger Any exception created by dealing Odom isn't big enough to take in Turkoglu. I'm not seeing LA's endgame here, nor why Dallas would help.

@chrismannixsi Chris Mannix Rockets have to be fuming right now. Dream of Gasol/Nene front court likely dead.
@bruce Arthur: So to sum up: The NBA screwed Houston, screwed NO/Chris Paul, made a joke of governance, and mayyy have helped the Lakers get Dwight Howard. about 12 minutes ago

Just get it over with and contract the Hornets. Then Stern's gotta GTFO.
Now I really want D12 to get traded to the Nets. If the Lakers and NBA pulled this cloak and dagger shit to get Howard to Los Angeles I'm gonna be pissed.

Btw, F*** MARK CUBAN TO!
Just because you're the richest owner in the NBA does not make you some sort of demigod.
And while I'm at it, f*** Dan Gilbert to. You're pissed and you're bitter because you're team SUCKS now and you want to take it out on everyone else.
Go play in busy traffic, you douche.

Im glad to see others see that Cuban's two face shit of yelling at that trade then getting one of the pieces himself is a huge pile. And Gilbert....Little troll.

Looks like LA is getting Chris Paul after all.
ESPNSteinLine Sources close to the situation tell ESPN that Clippers have emerged as "early frontrunner" to acquire CP3 now that Lakers out of running

It's funny watching Mark Cuban screw over everyone else and get what he wants in the end.....but Dallas is just a little small team with no power.
AMIRITE?

I have to disagree with you on this one. Big time FA's weren't signing with Sacramento or Charlotte or Milwaukee during those franchise's heydays. And I never heard a peep about guys like LBJ and Wade even considering markets that were not in LA, NY, Florida or Texas.

mike_Bresnahan: Lakers will get the Mavs' first-round pick in 2012, maybe a second-rounder as well
