With Punk heading into the PPV this Sunday, if he retains, he continues a pretty long run, by today's standards.
But when will he lose it?
Rock will somehow get the title down the road, but will Lesnar get a run too?
Can Punk even make it 1 year like Cena did in 06-07?
When does he drop it?

OTL to Bryan thanks to AJ. Maybe get it back around Summerslam only to lose it to the MITB winner...again.

I'm thinking he's losing it to Bryan, given he really has no one left to face afterward and they'll probably be wanting to paint the show as a darkest hour sort of thing in the Laurinaitis storyline.

Maybe he'll keep it until Survivor Series, then lose to Lesnar.

My guess would be he loses to Lesnar sometime before Summerslam so that they can do Brock vs. Rock for the title there.
Probably at MitB.

I think Bryan could win and have AJ again as his girlfriend, but she still stays forever scarred. I think that there will be a rematch though at Money in the Bank with the lack of build they have now. But yeah, Bryan with the title and a messed up AJ.

Yup, it's probably: OTL: Bryan wins with help from AJ NWO: Bryan retains in a gimmick match with help from AJ MitB: Punk wins back the title either in a match where AJ is banned or despite her interference. Summerslam: Punk vs a big name Superstar (Lesnar/Cena/Rock/etc).

Got a gut feeling it'll be at Over the Limit, and as much as I love Punk, I think it'd be the right move. If we're fated to be stuck with that damn gaudy belt, at least it's a good match for Bryan's current character.
Re: Lesnar theories, I don't know if it's wise to give him the strap, as he's working an extremely limited amount of dates. I'm not sure how important house show business is in today's wrestling world, but limiting one of the company's top two titles to sparse television appearances strikes me as a bad idea.

As much as I want Bryan to win at OTL, part of me thinks it is wishful thinking. They have barely interacted at all and I think the Bryan feud only exists to keep the belt on Punk longer while keeping Bryan relevant. I say Punk drops it at Summerslam to some big name part timer. As much as it pains me to say.

Money In The Bank. I feel it would have a nice symmetry.

If he loses the belt at Over The Limit I'd completely be shocked, I don't see that happening at all really. I like Bryan but no I don't think they'd do it yet let alone like this.
He'll probably lose it at Summerslam to Barrett after Barrett wins the Money in the Bank. He'll cash it in and then take over.

It'll likely be another weaselly MITB cash in, where the challenger (most likely a heel, or soon to be) cashes in in the most anti-climatic way possible. We'll then be treated to the same goddamn storyline we've seen...8 times before? Just writing this out, pisses me off because I know that's likely the goddamn route they'll take.

Until Aj was inserted into the current (non)feud, I would have agreed with you. I think Bryan wins with help from Aj and/or Big Johnny.
