With Bryan, Ohno, Sandow, Rollins & Cesaro all now in WWE/FCW who do can we all see as being the next big indy name WWE pick up?
Roderick Strong? Quack? Seems like they are willing to take a chance on smaller guys now too.
Anyone you think would be a great fit?

Probably Johnny Gargano, Sami Callihan or Pac. I'd say Adam Cole stands a good chance but I don't see ROH letting him out of his contract.

Sami and Cole are the two guys they have shown interest in. Cole is just stuck in his ROH contract... and on another note CZW Cole is MUCH better than ROH Cole. Samie is extremely in demand.
People forget Brodie Lee has signed on.
Quack ain't leaving as he's owner and trainer for CHIKARA.
I've heard rumors that both TNA and WWE are looking at El Generico.

I will be shocked if Micheal Elgin, Kenny King, Rhett Titus, and/or Adam Cole aren't picked up within the next few years.

El Generico (it baffles me to this day how they havent signed him, with his gimmick and personality fitting so well with the kids, especially if he was to keep his mask), (KILL) STEEN (KILL), Davey Richards (even though I cant stand him), PAC, Briscoes, Kenny King, Quack, Colt Cabana not Scotty
Not indy because he is in NJPW currently but id be incredibly happy to see Prince Devitt in the wwe one day. The guy has everything needed to be huge in the company. Kenny Omega aswell for that matter would also be great

If it were up to me, Cheerleader Melissa.
I know it's stupid to think WWE would do something to help the divas, but they DID sign Kharma, so...maybe.
I don't know.

Tommaso Ciampa and Mike Elgin are WWE locks. Ciampa was in developmental a few years ago. I'd say Callihan, PAC, and The Briscoes are the best bets at this point. Also you will never ever see Quackenbush in the wwe

If CHIKARA gets onboard with Steen being the King of the Indies, it's possible he'll see FCW before the NFL season starts. They'd be stupid to pass up a guy who's world champ in three fairly big indies all at once.

Tommaso Ciampa and Mike Elgin are WWE locks. Maybe but I'm not so sure. They are both good in the ring but in WWE they would be considered very small. I'm only 6'0 and I'm pretty sure I'm bigger than both in height and stature.

Quack's a for sure no. He OWNS Chikara, so he's not likely to leave his baby for a chance to job to Brodus Clay. Steen....I dunno. I'm tempted to say he doesn't have the WWE body type, but there are guys in developmental in worse shape than Steen.
