Sleeper Holds dont work he will get his strenth back magically after his hand drops for the second time. Then He will elbow his oppenents stomach run into the ropes and try a move that will usually get counterd.
In a 2/3 falls match- It will always go to the third fall
Best of Whatever series will always go to the last possible match.
If your name is announced after your oppenent enters and while your already standing in the ring and you didnt have any entrance music, your about to be squashed.
If the ref doesnt see the face make a tag he will send the partner back to the corner, but if a heel doesnt even make a tag and the ref didnt see it he wont care.
If a heel is doing an abdomible stretch he is gonna use the ropes for an advantage until the ref sees and he gets hip tossed.

I remember the first cliche I spotted, way back when. If you're announced to the ring first, even with music and an intro, if you didn't cut a promo backstage immediately before coming out, or if you don't cut when when you get to the ring, you lose.
If a ref is making a three count, and a manager even starts to cimb on the apron, even if the ref is already at a two count, the ref will always break the count to look over and make the manage back up, he will then start the count over, because his short term memory is horrific.

And here's an unanswerable question...when wrestlers are backstage, discussing their secrets and plans...why do they always talk into a live camera? And why does their opponent never see the footage? Here's the deal on that. It's a principle of theatre. The camera isn't really there.

Agreed Rocker. though, I always liked the Horseman approach to cameras, find a cameraman, threaten to kick his ass, and make him follow you to tape you beating the crap out of someone.

In a roll up, pulling your opponents tights down half an inch will render them immobile and unable to move.

--Anytime a wrestler botches a move, JR will call it "modified"
-- A submission move will result in a faster tap in the following situations 1) The ref is distracted or knocked out 2) Tap-outs are not in effect, during an attack in the back, during an interview, etc.
--Landing on someone from the top rope results in no pain for the guy giving the move. Missing the guy on the mat in the position you would have hit him with anyway, hurts like Hell.

Ric Flair being whipped into the corner turnbuckle, he does the spear under the top buckle and flips over it and walks the apron and falls down - why can't he take 10 punches to the head like everyone else? After Flair does his "WOOOOOOO" yell, within saconds a slap happy chop contest ensues until Flair proves he's the best at it. Anyone would want to get into a chop contest with Flair, they NEVER win.

If you have a heel in your finishing submission move, and their manager jumps on the apron, you will release the hold, instead of keeping it locked in and getting the victory. You go to threaten/hit the manager, the manager gets off the apron,This will allow your opponent to hit you with a weapon/their finisher thus robbing you of the win

All y'all calling the ref for not seeing broken pieces, to him they could have come from anywhere, a fan could have thrown them in. The ref can only call what he sees supposedly.

How about how "sensitive" the faces are? If they're in a tag team with a fellow face and they accidentally collide/smack each other/ botch a move and hit their partner, the guy who gets hit decides that there's mutiny afoot and takes time out of the match to confront his partner.
"HOW DARE YOU RUN INTO ME! YOU'RE NOT MY FRIEND! *shove*"
And yet, heels have NO problem with this, understanding that sometimes stuff happens.

Well, the wrestlers don't remember their there. Like reality show characters. As far as no one in the back watching, Their too busy warming up and such Right? That's why GTV was good. It made sense.

Powerbomb! no pin. Sideslam! no pin. Tombstone piledriver! no pin. Barely touching the ropes while pinning someone who bench pressed you off two minutes ago: pin!
I had a discussion with a friend about something we dubbed "Wrestling Physics." Physics that simply do not apply outside of the wrestling world.
Holding the rope while doing a submission move makes the move hurt 1000% more!
When being whipped into the ropes, the natural reaction is to quickly turn and rebound off of them...not simply run into them and bounce backwards.
No matter how bad an injury may be sold by the announcers, the injured party will be back in action within 2 weeks. Possibly with taped ribs to sell the vicious chairshot to the head that put him in a coma.
The best way to revive someone from a concussion-induced coma is to shake them until they're able to slowly count to three. Once they count to three, they'll be fine, don't worry about them anymore.
If a car is coming at you, make sure you jump onto the hood and don't just get out of the way of the car.
The natural reaction to finding out you're bleeding profusely is to smear the blood all over your face then continue the match.
Moves like the powerbomb, the hanging suplex, or the piledriver do not require the assistance of the person being given the move. It just looks like that.
A finishing move is 1000 times more powerful than a regular move. Even if the finisher has no more impact or force behind it that the dozen other slams in the match.

In any Last Man Standing match, it takes the wrestlers forever to answer the count of 10, even early on in the match. Dramatic effect? Not really, I just like to call it boring.
