What singular scene in a movie or TV show gets you bawling every time?
I'll start with one simple phrase:
"My friends, you bow to no one."
SO DONE. I'm checked out from that point on.

I will always have a hard time goin back to watchin not just this moment but episode as a whole because it was at the time the biggest high and lowest low all in one episode.
I mean the scene speaks for it's self EVERYONE was absoloutley on point and this is what smallville did so great is when they wanted to hit you emotionally they go all out.

I'll be the one to say it.
Futurama - Fry's dog and his nephew, you know what I'm talking about.

I very rarely cry at movies/tv (not saying it to look "manly", its just the truth), but I'm such a dog lover that the ending of Marley and Me did the trick, even if I knew what was coming. It was also embarrasing because I was babysitting for my sister, who walked in right at the ending and I had to say I had something in my eye.

Fry's dog in Futurama.
I try to avoid that episode.

Forgot about Fry's dog. I can't even watch that episode, any part of it.

Jurassic Bark has been ruined for me, unfortunately, by Adult Swim showing it 48,780 times. I could've turned it, yeah, but back then Adult Swim was my background noise at night, if not what I fell asleep watching.
The end of Spirited Away manages to get me every time, though.

Deep Impact: the scene where the Messiah crew are saying goodbye to their families before their suicide run.
Edward Scissorhands: the final scene where Kim is telling her granddaughter why she never visited Edward again.
Both scenes get me every time.

Agree with ThreadKiller and And I Quote! for their picks. I still have only seen Toy Story 3 once, even though I own it and the Toy Story franchise is my favorite film series. That ending just broke me down.
Regardless of context, the entire "SU-PER-MAN" sequence from the end of The Iron Giant.

There's a scene in a dumb Arnold action movie (I forget the name, but the one about the cloning), where Robert Duvall's wife tells him she doesn't want him to keep cloning her.
That's a very well done scene in an otherwise forgettable film.

The end of TOY STORY 3. I was not only moved to tears, but I ran to my room, dug out and then hugged my teddy bear.
Also the scene earlier in the movie, when they're all in the incinerator.
"What do we do?" *Buzz grabs Jessie's hand - look of horror on their faces - everyone else links hands* ....good lord, did that blow my mind *and* start to make me cry.
