I too hated the Lita "Ho Sale" even more than the Trish/Vince barking thing.
At least Lita had a couple comeback Raw cameos, but sheesh.

"Here is your winner, and NEW WWE Divas champion, Kelly Kelly!" Kelly Kelly winning the Divas Championship is "most degrading"? The same Kelly Kelly who was one of the more over Divas for the better part of three years despite being a jobber for the lion's share of those three years? Not Debra, not Kat, not Eve Torres, not the Bellas, not Harvey Whippleman, but Kelly Kelly?

Lita's send off.
Made worse by the fact that just 2 months earlier, Trish gets the grand send off, complete with her winning the woman's title and retiring in her hometown

I had pushed Lita's sendoff out of my head.
Again, I can understand the Trish/Vince segment. It had a point. Embarrassing Lita on the way out was just cruel. Here's a woman that has busted her ass for you for 7 years. A woman who was probably the most over woman of all time. A woman who broke her neck and still worked to return for you and the fans, and that's the send off you give her?!?
Utterly disrespectful.

If you're gonna mention Kelly Kelly, what about her stripping stuff in '06?

One that I didn't see mentioned: Molly Holly is fat.

As much as I wanna go with the barking dog I can't simply because looking back the payoff was well worth it. We got an epic stephanie vs trish rivalry during it , trish got to turn babyface and have one hell of a career and vince got his comeuppance from Linda and Trish , as a stand alone segment yea it's vile but in the end it served as something memorable still to this day and was a huge catalyst in Trish becoming the babyface she did. The santina thing however is just not forgiveable they sacrificed an entire division to push santino in drag...idk on a scale of crap it's between that and harvina. Add to that, Trish has gone on record numerous times saying she had no problem with it because she knew the ultimate outcome would be a spectacular moment for her character. If you think about it, she went from a vamp that used her beauty to get what she wanted and tried to sell her sexuality--to suffering the ultimate humiliation as a result of it--and finally doing a 180 from that to slapping the crap out of the guy and going full on baby-face, teaming up with The Rock afterwards. Lita did get a warmer reception at the 15th and her theme/mention have gotten great pops since then, but I cringe now just thinking about it--imagining her begging Vince and Creative 3x not to do the segment. In the photos of her backstage on her last day she looks so depressed, and I remember her interview afterwards where she said that it pretty much solidified what she suspected WWE thought of her contributions to the business, and ruined any second-thoughts she was having about returning. I recall public statements prior to that match saying the company was hoping she'd take just a 1 or 2 year hiatus. It's good to see she's made peace with it now, but it could have been WWE shooting themselves in the foot over the legacy of one of their legendary divas. Listening to later interviews you got the feeling that she accepted the loss as a heel but felt the insult afterwards was more of a personal attack against her for choosing not to re-sign, since they insisted on going on with it even at the last minute when she begged them not to do it. Heels always go out badly, but I actually think this could've been made worse because there was speculation that she would jump ship to TNA at the time and they wanted to bury her as much as possible. I don't know where this misconception comes from. Maybe it's interviews where she talks about having fun working with Cena and Edge planning their insults and segments on houseshows and RAW. It's true--she DID enjoy playing her heel character, she just hated the confusion it caused with her personal life, and fans harassing her in the street over it. What she did not help plan, enjoy or support in anyway shape or form was the Cryme Tyme segment. She had no issue putting Mickie over (after all, she mentored MJ when MJ was just learning in the indies and helped her pitch the stalker story to Vince), she had no issue losing, but she absolutely hated that segment, and after the send-off her good friend Trish got a month earlier, she did feel like it was WWE twisting the knife in a little.

IMO, it was probably the time Vince McMahon made Trish strip down to her panties and bark like a dog. Yeah that was terrible to watch

Pfft the Vince/Trish thing was an angle that went somewhere and came good, and it was dramatic television. Molly Holly being called fat didn't go anywhere except to make fans think she was fat (outrageous) and Lita's sending off was quite frankly some of the worst taste I have ever seen in my life. Despicable.

....The santina thing however is just not forgiveable they sacrificed an entire division to push santino in drag...idk on a scale of crap it's between that and harvina. I still remember how angry I was and how bad I felt for the Divas when that happened. For a few minutes I honestly considered turning off 'Mania for freak shake, I considered turning off 'Mania think about that.

I still think the the combination of the reuse of the Billy and Chuck theme, and the Hog Pen match at Extreme Rules '09 made Santina's existence worth it.
Debra winning the Women's Championship by losing a bra and panties match, now, that was degrading to the title.

One that I didn't see mentioned: Molly Holly is fat. Say what you want about Piggy James, but that right there is 1000x worst. We were suppose to call her fat because she was a heel, even though she is in good shape? Come on!

Not a TV moment but the WWE firing Dawn Marie while she was pregnant has to be mentioned.

Debra winning the Women's Championship by losing a bra and panties match, now, that was degrading to the title. Wait, she won the championship by losing? Mind explaining? It was an evening gown match , sable attacked debra before the match officially started and stripped her of her evening gown basically to ensure she won...HBK then reversed the rules so that whoever lost their dress would be the winner , thus debra won the womens title.
