Why is it every time a guy gets suspended (Bourne for example) everybody says things like "Yet Big Zeke is still on the roster" or "What about Ryan" Why can't people just assume they're not on the stuff? I'm not trying to stick up for them but why can't people believe WWE is honest in who is hopped up and who isn't? I believe their innocent til proofed guilty.

It's professional wrestling; more often than not, guys are assumed to either be on something or have been on something at one time. Same with football, baseball, and a whole lot of other sports. I take it with a grain of salt.

Because they look like they're on roids. Nothing is fact until the test comes back positive, but they just look like they are juicers.
For example, a guy like Truth or Swagger looks muscular, but natural. A guy like Mason or Zeke is muscular, but so much that it looks like they take roids.

Well if one's knowledgeable about bodybuilding, and the various drugs that go with it, it becomes pretty easy to spot the people who aren't natural. Some of the superstars on the roster show clear signs that they're either on something or have used in the past. A person can only get so big naturally, and it's nearly impossible for a superstar to even reach their max potential naturally with all the traveling they do.

Well, a ton of enormous, muscled bound wrestler from the 80's admitted to be on steroids or died because of steroid use and, thus, that image is linked to steroid use. Obviously, other people use but the Hogans, the Superstar Billy Grahams, the Road Warriors, the Ultimate Warriors, that sort of physique is still what people imagine when they hear "steroid user".

But what exactly makes a guy look "natural" instead of "on roids". It seems like a lot of times its height. If its a shorter guy (like Chris Benoit) people are less suspicious. If it's a taller guy, like Zeke, everyone's much faster to immediately jump to the roids conversation.

In my defense I assume the tiny guys are on steroids too.

Watch the drug free/natural bodybuilding competition and look at what guys can only look like while being natural. A big thing a lot of people misunderstand is that steroid users can pass drug tests. Every day, new and improved types of steroids are developed in countries such as Germany, that help a user pass drug tests. The new ones are very expensive, but consider the money guys in NFL, NBA, and WWE make. They can afford them in most cases. That`s a big reason why guys on the lower card, who make less money, are the ones who are usually wellnessed. They can`t afford the good stuff.

Seriously, you can't expect me to believe that Mason Ryan is the end result of hard work and vitamins?

It really doesn't help matters when a guy like Batista quits and then a few months later he's down 30 or 40 pounds. Sure, he was training for MMA, but that's more than a little suspect.

A person can only get so big naturally, and it's nearly impossible for a superstar to even reach their max potential naturally with all the traveling they do. Honestly, yeah, they travel a lot, but they also work 30 minutes a day. I think they could have time train pretty hard. As for guys losing mass when they leave, when you don't have to constantly work out to build mass, then you tend to lose it. When a guy is training for MMA, they have to lose the wrestler mass, a body builder physique gets you killed in MMA. That body type takes time and effort to maintain, and if you're no longer required to do it, you're going to lose it relatively quickly. All that said, I'm not really surprised if anyone is on it, but I'm also not really assuming everyone is. HGH can't even be tested via urine, so I think there are easy enough ways around that if a guy wants a huge physique, they could get one.

I always assumed Bourne was on SOMETHING, even back in his ROH days. His physique always looked unnatural to me. I have no idea what he got caught with, but it didn't surprise me Evan got wellnessed.
The only people I'd be stunned if they got wellnessed would be Punk, HHH, and Cena.

It doesn't have to do with size per say, if you showed me a picture of someone who had EXTREMELY good genetics , better than all pro BBs and was working out strictly and dieting well and he was 265 lbs but still 4% bodyfat or something I would be able to tell he's all natural. People with Natural muscles and unnatural muscles just have a different look to them, just like natural big tits look different than fake big tits. There are actually some big natural bodybuilders around, but they look way different than guys like Mason Ryan, including the facial structure.

Sure maybe the actual in-ring work adds up to maybe 30 minutes, but then when you factor in traveling all over the country, and all the other non-wrestling stuff superstars do for the WWE, they aren't getting in the amount of time they would need to reach their max. And add that with the fact that they get little time to rest, don't get to eat properly everyday, and are constantly taking bumps and having to heal from various injuries, it's nearly impossible to put on any serious muscle mass without a bit of help.
