IMO Dolph Ziggler has become one of the aboslute best guys in the company today. I think he's the whole shebang. I can see really big things for him in the near future, and hope he flourishes.
So, I'd like to know what everyone else thinks of Kerwin White's former caddy today.

He is perfection, and you know what, on top of having every tool to be a true wrestling superstar his entrance music is main event. It's better than the Miz for making me go "YES! This'll be good."

The guy might just be the Best in the World ... I'd love to see him feud with CM Punk over the WWE Championship, and soon.

He's a hell of a wrestler, but I think he's lacking the IT factor...be it the big time feel when he comes out or the overwhelming presence of Vicki.

The guy just keeps getting better and better the more I see him. Honestly it was his first match with John Cena that really made me realize just how well he can hang in the main event right now. And ever since they put him on NXT that seems to have helped his verbal skills.
If he keeps developing the way he has and they get behind him then he could absolutely turn into a phenomenal talent down the road, more than worthy of main events. They just need to start giving the guy a real push and I could see him make it.
So to answer the question, yes, he definitely is right now. Maybe weaker in some categories, but compared to a number of other talents on the roster he outshines them by far.

Look at the promo with Jackman and tell me he doesn't have what it takes to main event and be the face of the company. Dude had perfect timing and improved on the spot to make that segment work.

Mostly, yes. There's still something about his look that suggests mid-card, though. Not sure if it's the hair or the biker shorts or what. He's got the important stuff down, otherwise.

They tried that before and it didn't turn out well. I'd even say he should grow out his hair a bit more so he can put it in a small ponytail to combat that frizz effect he gets halfway through a match. That's the only problem I have with his looks.

I'd say his mic skills still aren't quite top tier yet. Don't get me wrong, he's decent-good, but not quite elite level there yet. That's the only real flaw and something he can continue to improve upon though, as it's not like a glaring weakness or anything.
He's nearly there though.

He's getting there gradually. He's fantastic in the ring, solid on the mic and he's got a good look to him (he makes the best "smug Dreamworks face" ever), but he's not top-tier in any category yet.

The problem is you can't really put the belt on a guy called 'Dolph Ziggler'. Casual fans and people who dip in and out will not be convinced or impressed by that.

Absoloutley but is there areas where he can continue to improve and needs to? yea absoloutley but thats a given also for plenty of other guys on the roster.
He acts , wrestles etc like a gawd damn star IMO he truly believes he is the best on the roster I have no doubts and thats whats transitioning to his on screen persona and it is working brilliantly for him.
All the wwe has to do is truly get on board like everyone else is...which seems like wwe is actually starting to and put him in feuds with legit main eventers on a consistent basis..let him have lengthy feuds with cena , orton HHH , Punk,..and if around past Wrestlemania Taker..once he is in the thick of the main event and they give him the ball there will be absoloutley no slowing him down...not like they can now anyways lol.

His look is acceptable if generic, he comes up with funny ad-libbed lines and his promos are otherwise servicable, he's great in the ring, and he... well, he isn't uncharismatic, but there's nothing that stands out about him either.
Dolph's practically the definition of a competent, reliable midcarder.

To be serious though, I think he is.
