These games are all around $5 and I have a little over $10 to spare. Which 2 should I get? The most important thing to me is fun factor and length. As far as RPG's go, I like traditional turn based fighting, but Zelda-ish battles are okay too.

Suikoden is fantastic. Suikoden 2 is even better, but really, you can't go wrong with either.
I never played Suikoden 3, and 4 is... uhh, well, terrible, but 5 is also great if you end up liking 1 or 2.

If it's RPGs, I'd go with Breath of Fire IV and Wild Arms 2 on that list.
Also, Suikoden 3 was okay. Decent, but with how the game is the events feel pretty damn slow.

Dino Crisis 2 isn't very long so not that, can't remember the exact time but I think it was less than 10 hours.

If you don't mind dated graphics you should try Grandia. It's pretty fun and light hearted.

Keep the votes coming, I probably won't make a purchase until Monday or Tuesday, maybe later. I still have to beat Red Dead Redemption first.

Suikoden and Breath of Fire two of my favorite RPGs.
I have a copy of Suikoden 3 used for sale if anyone wants it.

Suikoden is a great series, although th efirst isn't the best in it, it's definitely worth consideration.
I also really liked the first Wild Arms game.

Suikoden and Wild Arms without a doubt. 2 of my favorite classic JRPGs. Wild Arms is one of the prettiest 2D games I've ever seen and the soundtrack is to die for. Suikoden's a great introduction to my favorie RPG series.

Suikoden's a great introduction to my favorie RPG series. As a standalone game, how is Suikoden? I probably wouldn't have the time or money to play the entire series. Is it necessary to play it before the later titles? If not, which is the best in the series? Wild Arms sounds great. Same question applies to that series, if I only play one, should it be the first or second?

And my preference is the first of each series anyway. Wild Arms has a great exploit for stat raising apples where you can crank your stats to damn near max very early in the game.

Same question applies to that series, if I only play one, should it be the first or second? it's not necessary, but it has an old save bonus for Suikoden 2 that opens up an awesome sidequest where you get to use the main character from Suikoden 1. Suikoden 2 is the best in the franchise, but a bit of a pain to get one's hands on because it recieved a very limited print run in North America. one of these days it may get a release on the PSN, but your guess is as good as mine as to whether that'll ever happen. Suikoden 1 is a damn fun game on its own, though. it has a really cool "gotta catch 'em all" style for the player characters, there's 108 recruitable characters (but not everyone is useable in game) that affects the ending somewhat and you also get to build up your castle. as for Wild Arms, the first one is the best one by a wide margin.

Suikoden 1 was okay to me. It was a great game, but unfortunately I was young when I played both, and I got Suikoden 2 before 1. There was only a gap of 1 month when I played the games, too, so I wasn't as interested.

I haven't played the majority of these, and if I have it's been years, but any money spent on Crash 2 is money well spent.

Ok, I'm going to download Suikoden right now! I checked out a review and it sounds awesome. Thanks for the recommendation guys. Still torn on what the second game should be. Either Crash 2 or Wild Arms. I'm leaning towards Crash 2 bc I loved games like that.

Just wanted to thank you guys for suggesting Suikoden. I decided to check it out this morning and I've barely been able to pull myself from it. I'm already 6.5 hrs into it.
