What type of revisionist history would WCW be talking if they had sent Vince out of business? For instance would we have Mike Graham being a douche on their DVDs about HHH the way he was about Jeff Jarrett? "He could carry their bags, but he couldn't carry the company". For example

in all honesty if WCW somehow won I doubt we'd have any wrestling on TV now. WCW was incredibly poorly run and even without competition from WWE they would have been closed down by AOL sooner rather than later.

Vince and ECW team up, so instead of WWF Attitude we have ECW Attitude.
Austin, Bret, Rock, HBK, HHH, Undertaker, Vader and Mankind all sign with ECW.

Instead of a Money in the Bank PPV, we'd have a Contract on a Pole PPV.

If WCW were still anywhere near the money maker in 2000 that it had been in 1998, it's hard to believe AOL/Time Warner would have shut it down. Hell, as long as we're doing revisionist history, Turner has said many times that the AOL deal was not the only one on his table. Had he chosen a different one, one less susceptible to the dot com crash, WCW could still be around today.

I think WCW would just mock Vince McMahon moreso then actual talent.
I so wish WCW was still around today though. I can see it being similar to TNA just bigger.

For example Could you imagine how big of a punchline Triple H would've been if he married into the McMahon family and then WCW puts Vince out of business (I mean sure, he hooked up with Steph in '99 when the WWF/E was well in control of the MNW and they got married in '03, but still makes you think).

By the time AOL & Time-Warner merged, Ted Turner had almost no say in how Turner Broadcasting (which was acquired by Time-Warner) was run.

Give it up for 'King of Kings' Jeff Jarrett, and Scott 'McMahon' Steiner with his number one freak Stephanie......

WWE would have been sold to someone else, and I am doubtful that it would have been Ted Turner. The only person I can think of who would be crazy enough to do pony up for WWE, would be someone like Mark Cuban.

Time Warner hated wrestling and wanted it off their networks. I think they would have eventually cancelled WCW programming anyways. When they sold the company, Nitro was still one of the highest rated shows on TV, so they really didn't care. The WWF probably would have never gone out of business, Vince probably would've sold part of the company to investors, but still wouldve had some considerable decision making power in the company.

Hogan calling the shots for the top wrestling company in the US? No thanks! As much as I miss WCW, it's probably better for everyone that this is the way things ended. Atleast we have CM Punk and Daniel Bryan as main eventers. I have a bad feeling guys like Jericho and Big Show would have been jobbed out upon returning and politics would have continued to run the company. TNA has it's good moments, but overall there is too much bad to make it an overall good thing.
