Wii U has missed or confused the target audience that Nintendo has been courting for years. Most mainstream outlets (CNN for example) think that the Wii U is a new controller for the Wii, not a completely new system. ..What? the ONLY example is CNN and they HARDLY are Nintendo target audience

Just thinking about it, of the games Sony gave time to that were first party, were there any sequels? They were all new as far as I can recall. Last of Us, Beyond, Wonderbook, LBP Karting, All-Stars... Was there anything else?
That is kinda nuts for this late in the cycle.

Any news on GTA V?
Doubt it, Rockstar don't usually do the conventions for their flagship games much anymore.

More GoS's handed out. IGN gave theirs to Tomb Raider, while G4 gave theirs to Assassin's Creed III.

Best of E3 for me would be Watch Dogs and The Last of Us.
Shame that the majority of these games are coming in 2013. Besides AC3 there isn't much to play this year (plus Halo, and Black Ops II if you are into those).

Think GTA: Hong Kong with Arkham fighting. Language warning

Hey, it is technically the first game in the series! Also, while I play every GoW, they make little impact on me.

Either way, looks pretty sick! It started as its own thing, became True Crime under Activision's plotting, when they let it go the devs found a new name. SO it has been reincarnated twice.

I really wish we got at least a price considering that tablet controller thing may well be expensive as hell, but at the same time I don't understand what misconceptions people could have about it. I know CNN isn't exactly the "king of gaming", but how can you look at the games the Wii U was shown playing and think it's just a new controller? Sure, Nintendo didn't give enough details on how it works but there's still a TON of time left before it's released and everyone knows it'll sell like hotcakes.

The Tech News Team at CNN does nothing but sit around a table and worship an iShrine. This is the same news section that ran an article back in Feb urging all cellphone makers to just give up because perfection was already found in the iPhone.

Oh, and in case anyone was wondering, Splinter Cell: Blacklist is NOT 360 exclusive.
