While I have heard great things about the show, I don't really watch Disney Channel that much.
Could someone give me the crash course about what the show is about? It seems interesting.

A pair of 12-year-old twins, Dipper and Mabel, are sent to their shyster uncle's tourist trap in Oregon for the summer. Mabel is the crazy one, and Dipper is the straight man in it. The boy falls in love with an older girl, the girl is tad crazy and believes everyone is her soul mate.
The comedy is basically set around the weird stuff that happens, and the fact that Mabel is crazy. It's pretty well written and pretty funny.

It's like a combination of the X-Files, Twin Peaks, Goosebumps, Adventure Time, and Regular Show. And it is the greatest thing to burn into my eyeballs in 2012.
If you need a couple episodes to get you started, watch The Inconvenicing, Double Dipper, and Irrational Treasure.
Also, it's one of the few shows EVER where the siblings don't have it out for each other. Sure they have their differences, but they truly care for one another. The chemistry is undeniable.
On the other hand, there's also an evil, giant time-eating baby and a Supreme Court that was made ENTIRELY out of babies, so...there's that.

This weeks episode might just be the bet one yet, as it looks like a love letter to the Street Fighter/Final Fight games.
Disney: We do video game parodies now, deal with it.
