I have done it before. Don't recommend it, though. Especially if you are playing something like an RPG. You can get too pulled into the game to remember that you are on the shitter.
It is why I play iPhone games now instead. They usually aren't deep enough games to pull you in like that.

My friend set up his PS2, along with a serious series of mirrors, to allow him to play GTA from the toilet.

It's not that much different from reading a magazine.
For you HIMYM fans, we may soon see an episode about Marshall being too embarrassed to "play videogames" at work. Barney will explain he has no issue doing it, but will think they're talking about something else.

I just warn against doing it too long. Your ass and one or both legs will fall asleep, making it a real pain to get up and walk around until the blood re-circulates.

I don't play games on the toilet. But then again, I don't spend large chunks of time on the toilet anyway.

I do tend to use my DS when I go to the crapper. I usually play Yu-Gi-Oh WC 2011, so I can be done with it as soon as I finish the job.

I do it. I'm either playing games or reading on the toilet.
Before it was with my Game Boy Micro, now I just got a handheld Genesis emulator so I play that.
