I think Sandow would have to ditch the gimmick in order to move up further, but I'm not sure how well he'd be able to work without it.

I love the gimmick, I wonder if it would work as a face.
Like maybe pair him with a big galoot that he can slowly turn into an educated man.

He's incredible, one of the best things WWE has going now.

They really ought to play up the character as the WWE's version of Frasier Crane. Have his entrance theme be "Tossed Salad & Scrambled Eggs", slowly introduce his family (including an even more pompous brother named Rivieras Sandow), have a cold unemotional Diva as his ex-wife, and gradually reveal his crippling alcohol problem through the fact that he spends all of his free time at Tim White's Friendly Tap bar, along with fellow barflies Jake Roberts, Scott Hall, and George Wendt.

I love him but would probably boo him at a WWE show because it's not really possible to cheer him.

Easily one of my current faves. Everything about him is perfect imo from his character, to the moveset fitting the character, to his theme, to his attire, to that luscious beard.

I adore him.
The only thing about him I would change is his robe. While I think he should have a robe, his current one looks cheap, and isn't decrepit or absurd enough to be cheap in a funny "can you believe I think this looks good?" sort of way. It's just, compared to all the thought, care and precision that's gone into absolutely every other facet of his character, his robe seems to have the least effort put into it. It's as if they said "is he in a robe? Just give him any robe and it will be good enough."
Otherwise, he's wonderful. I especially like how he holds the mic, and how he talks to the officials during the match as if he's coaching them.

when I first saw his vignettes I thought he would be boring. However I have loved him since the promo he cut before his debut match.

Cody should hold up "title cards" during his matches.

I'm still sad we didn't get The Maharaja of the Ménage-A-Trois-Jah instead.

He needs to quit reading the thesaurus before every promo. He doesn't sound natural at all. It sounds like they wrote a simple script and then used a thesaurus to make it sound all high and mighty.
That said, I enjoy him. I want him to evolve, and soon.

His character is immensely entertaining in that pantomine villian kind of way.
His matches are pretty boring though.

I don't hate him or anything but I could probably name 15 WWE wrestlers I like more.
