Wow, bleeped or not, I'm very happy that I just got to see it. I'm just wondering why they couldn't have aired it, because, in terms of implied cussing, it's not much worse than the 'Sailor Mouth' episode of Spongebob. Unless it wasn't going to be bleeped, but if the plan was to always have it bleeped, I think it could've aired. Regardless, I'm happy that AS got to air it - a new Dexter episode is always a good thing.

Makes me think of that one episode of Powerpuff Girls where the Professor swears and the girls start using the words he uses which we don't hear and they fight a giant toilet with a mouth that also says the same swear words which we can't hear.

And yet they got away with Ms. Bellem's address being 69 Yodelinda Valley Lane.

I thought it was just a gag, but it turns out that it was an actual produced episode that I guess the creators wanted to air. That is... until they showed the brass at Cartoon Network.

Can you tell that it was not irginally supposed to be a kid's show?

Can you tell that it was not irginally supposed to be a kid's show? Yeah, it definitely shows, mostly in the first season or two. Like the condom joke. Anyway, as for Dexter, just watched and... Y'know, I was kind of expecting it to lose some appeal actually getting to watch it, but it was actually genuinely funny on its own merits. Definitely a pleasant surprise there. So, in conclusion.... Oh sBEEP.

I thought ultra-polite dexter and dee dee were actually the funniest part of the episode.

So this was either cut and censored for obvious reasons, or the person who saw it at the convention all those years ago saw what we saw, and fabricated some stuff like 'skull-f***ing douchebag'.

I have zero interest now that I know it's bleeped out.

I have zero interest now that I know it's bleeped out. It's pretty good even with the bleeps. I'd say you should still give it a watch.

What's the chance some person on YouTube decides to add in the swears (thru an unconvincing dubbing)?

Well, that was underwhelming. I guess that blogger was either just exaggerating or f***ing around with everyone.
Still, I'm glad to have finally been able to see it, even with the censorship.

I've always wondered, is Dexter supposed to be German or something?

Eh, it was alright. Not as fun without the swearing though.

This was hyped up way too much. The made it sound like it was a prank the way the porky pig cursing or the sunny D commercial was. It's not a bad episode if you ignore everything around it.
