I didn't pay attention to the crowd tonight, but he was super over on Smackdown a few weeks ago. I like face Miz more than serious Miz.

To be fair, they did not pop for most of the talent. I mean Ryback,Cena,Sheamus and Del rio all got at best decent pops when they enter. So I won't use this crowd to determine if Miz is over.

Yeah I was surprised he got a good reaction but I'm really happy he did. He's doing well as a face IMO.
EDIT: I'm under the impression that OP was sarcastic but some people think he's serious. I'm confused.

The problem with Miz is that he comes off like the bad guy in a teen comedy. He's the guy who would shove Anthony Michael Hall into a locker. That's not someone you naturally want to root for.

You mean the taped show where WWE can add in their own soundbytes? The same show where you can hear the crowd go crazy for a face while not even moving in their seats? Damn... I'm impressed. Trent Baretta would get a John Cena like reaction on Smackdown if he was still in the company. |

He's one of the most over faces in the company. He got one of the loudest reactions when for five seconds he looked like a bad ass beating Dolph Ziggler up in the corner.
His character is awful and that was a terrible figure four attempt, but Miz should never be talked bad about when it comes to reactions or getting over. He is the man who somehow got Alex Riley to be the most over dude in the company during their feud.
