Nash took some serious heat and he even had to back down like a pansy because he came back to WWE to work a program with Punk, who at the time seemed destined to be the next big thing. Well, here we are some time later and we have found out that !!!"EVERYTHING"!!! Nash said in that Grantland interview was correct. Small guys don't draw. Miz was a total joke, actually an unforgiveable offense. 2012 edition of WWE was, is and always will be completely forgettable. Only good idea WWE has had in the past 10 years was making Edge the Rated R superstar.

wasn't that the same interview where he said he cared about how big a guy's penis was in porn?

wasn't that the same interview where he said he cared about how big a guy's penis was in porn? Hey, now that is a legitimate concern

There are a lot of different ways to argue this, but I'll leave it to the Biggest Little Man - Go ahead and claim Mysterio hasn't sold tons of merch in his career. Though I do agree that 2012 was an awful, awful year.

And Nash was 7ft tall and couldn't draw. Does he qualify as a small guy?

Fact: Kevin Nash was the reason I stopped watching wrestling.
Well, that and he was feuding with King Mabel for the title, but it put me off for a good few years. Both of those were "big men" and both were absolutely terrible.

The current face of the company whom some fans actually hate for being overpushed is only 6'1".

6'2 is considered small now? In most American sports, yeah. 6'2" is on the small side. Austin would seem like Daniel Bryan next to the average NBA player.

6'2 is considered small now? I would have used a picture of Nash's good friend, the 6'1, 225 lb Shawn Michaels that I'm sure wasn't the target of any of Nash's criticism. For the record, CM Punk is the same height and seven pounds smaller.

6'2 is considered small now? Not outside pro wrestling. HBK and Bret Hart were considered "small" and IMO, Austin looked about their size back in 97-98.

Height really isn't the only factor in calling a guy "big". Cena and Punk are about as tall as each other, but one's a chiseled neanderthal and the other's a spindly little twerp.
Or to continue using Big Kev's own ever-insightful metaphor, girth is as important as length.

Around the time of his debut up to...I'd like to say his first WWE Title reign, Cena wasn't all that big. He's really just a cruiserweight who hit the weights and slowly got bigger over time because he just happened to have a passion for bodybuilding.

He might be 225 now that he's retired and gained weight.

Wasn't there a story a year or so ago about WWE changing things to reflect real life heights and weights. That would make his homeboy HBK even smaller. Either way, Nash is just full of it for most of the time, and intentionally says "ridiculous" thing just to create buzz.

I think Nash just enjoys stirring the pot and watching the resulting chaos, knowing that it keeps him semi-relevant long after he has stopping being able to offer anything in the ring full time.
