Claire Bennet's intense excitement about Noah giving her the Nissan Rogue before she went off to college. Hiro and Ando frustratedly trying to rent a Nissan Versa.
um, from Heroes.

"Inspector Gadget" has a scene where a "Yahoo" site sign crashes onto him...while the yodeled "Yah-hoooooOOOOoooo!" plays...was a biggie to me as a kid..

The movie "Cellular" sure did feature the Nokia logo a whole bunch... good movie, but in retrospect it was a pretty long commercial for why to own a cell phone.
Also, there's a HUGE and hilariously bad plug for Mitsubishi in a Jackie Chan/Sammo Hung/Yuen Biao actionfest called "Wheels on Meals".

Funny People for Myspace. Transformers turning the old model Bumblebee into a NEW Car! Any Adam Sandler movie. The Myspace one had me baffled when I first saw that movie. As far as anyone I knew was concerned, that site was long dead by the time Funny People came out. Anyway, Cat in the Hat. Yall know that scene.

If I can go to video games for a second - the blatant Red Bull shilling in Judge Dredd: Dredd Vs. Death was really off-putting. Shilling a drink that would be ILLEGAL in Mega-City one.

Transformers turning the old model Bumblebee into a NEW Car! The entire movie looked like a commercial for General Motors.

Two I know from remakes: The Thomas Crown Affair - The whole movie just stops while Rene Russo drinks a Pepsi Max (or Diet Coke Zero, can't remember). The Day The Earth Stood Still - The meeting place for the aliens is a McDonalds.... again With a blatant shill for McCafe.

It's a game based on a movie, so I'm gonna say Enter the Matrix. Everyone had these weird Nokia phones (Which granted, I really wanted as a kid playing the game), all the cars were Dodges IIRC and there was huge Powerade adverts everywhere, and vending machines, where you could grab a Powerade and it would refill your health more than a health kit.
Pretty sure there was some other stuff, but that stuck out to me particularly.

We are FOUR pages in, and nobody mentions this: www.youtube.com/watch?v=AacoxHFYvZwThe entire film is a product placement and I say this even though its seriously one of my favorite films.

"Downton Abbey" in "Iron Man 3" Also the added scenes in the chinese release. Most notably the drink Gu Li Duo. It's apparently the drink Iron Man relies on to revitalize his energy. (At least, that's what a short advertisement that played before said Chinese release claims)
