First I would have to say the time slot is a killer. It makes no sense to have a new show on that late. They made such a big deal about it being at a differnt date, but still the same late time. What other new tv shows start that late.
They also don't have much in advertising like they used to, I know they follow the Ultimate Fighter, but I watch Spike quite a bit; Blade etc. and don't see much of them on.
The hour is way to short the X-division matches look the same with only five minuets to be out there, plus one or two rivalries get a week out of four of prep time.
Last thing, I hate to say it also. Jarrett and Sting, I like the fued I do. I hate the fact it's for the title though. Take about half there time away and you would have seriously fifteen minuets to do somthing else on the show.

Tna cant good ratings cause it's on at 11:00. Anyone who says push a wrestler does not know anything about tv.

It's easily the timeslot. Personally, it's a somewhat reversed situation (time differences mean iMPACT plays at around 8:00, right when I work), but for anyone with a normal schedule, 11:00 on a weekday is simply insurmountable, both for young children and the working. After that, a second hour is critical
I seriously, seriously doubt you can put any of the blame on one particular wrestler. TNA just doesn't have the name recognition for either new or old names to ruin it. A good number of newer fans likely have never heard of Sting or Jarret (or, in the former case, have never seen on of his matches), and probably wouldn't have the same repulsion towards them (which, at least in JJ's case, seems to be largely due to overexposure, something a new watcher wouldn't experience. Personally, of all the talent in TNA, I'd more like to see a Sting match right now than anything else, probably because I've never seen a Sting match.

It is because of they're time slot and because they are not WWE.

I'll tell you how to get TNA Ratings: 1.Fire Jarrett 2.Fire Steiner 3.Fire Sting 4.Fire Every Worthless WWE Reject(Team 3-D) 5.Give Joe World Title 6.Push Daniels,AJ,Lethal,Alex Shelley, and Petey Williams as Main Eventers THAT'S MONEY down the toilet

That will never, ever, ever, ever happen. There's essentially zero love between Vince and Jeff.

The time slot is about to hurt even more because a good portion of TNA's audience is going back to school this week and next so it could fall even more. They need to do the following: IMPACT should be on Thursdays @ 8 , 9 the latest. Have Xplosion on Saturday Nights @ 6 for at least 90 minutes. Connect with a traditional wrestling audience and build from there. Sadly, this won't likely happen until Vince buys it and puts it on CNBC or another of NBC's cable channels. Then it will make money and get ratings and everyone will hate it.

Oh, another reason why the 11:00 timeslot sucks ass on Thursday Nights: it puts TNA in direct competition with The Daily Show and The Colbert Report, both of which are far more entertaining than Impact (and to be fair, RAW, SmackDown, and ECW, too, but the WWE only interferes with my Comedy Central Power Hour fix with the 5 minute overrun at worst). I'm glad I usually stay up to 1 to catch the repeat viewings of Daily Show and Colbert or else I wouldn't even bother with Impact.

Yeah, that's how I usually do it; I say "Well, I'll be up at 1am, might as well watch Impact now and Daily Show/Colbert later". Also, the magic of TiVo...but I don't always have access to that. And, yes, TDS and Colbert are both more entertaining than any wrestling on television.

And if they put Impact on @ 8 on THursdays it would interfere with the greatest comedy hour on TV. My Name Is Earl and The Office.
