I never watched this, but let me guess; He lives at home He's a virgin He has a nasally whiny voice And in all honesty...f*** that shit. This is ridiculous. Like, the whole show "Are You Serious" was basically marketed to internet fans. That seemed to be the target audience. Lots of inside jokes, lots of inside references, and this was an exaggerated caricature of online wrestling fans. It was a joke. As I said before, friggin' Drew McIntyre talked about how awesome the puppet was. Hell, looking back, there's a poster of friggin' El Generico in the shot, if I were Generico, I would have been thrilled to see that. They had a Liger poster, a random "Dave Taylor" shirt which I'm surprised Barber Shop Window didn't make after that. It was great stuff. CM Punk and Daniel Bryan are my favourite wrestlers. Drew McIntyre is underrated. I saw Jushin "Thunder" Liger live in Japan. I like indy wrestling, work rate and Dave Taylor. But I'm also not living in my parents' house asking for pizza pockets. They also made jokes at Triple H's expense, talking about how Mark was spreading rumours about Puppet H getting his spot due to backstage politics. It was funny to me, because it was geared towards me in particular. Like, this is ridiculous. Are you serious?!

I think that puppet was lampooning the "smart" marks who do their youtube "shoots" (idk how you can shoot on something if you're not part of the wrestling business), not the one's like most of us here who are pretty level headed (most of the time). I thought it was pretty funny.

Why can't it just be left at that? If a person doesn't find it funny that's just fine. Why does it have to turn into this insulting offensive thing that hurts your feelings? Sometimes a silly joke is just that.

There's no proof that having strong competitive mid-card, women's and tag team divisions would help the company? They've had the first two before and it did no damage to the company whatsoever. I would argue that they've had stronger women's wrestling in the past and that did no harm either. Like I said, there's no downside. They've also had huge success when women were wrestling in gravy, so there's that. And the last few Wrestlemanias have gotten tons of buys but its not like we're saying those were models of success to use going forward. Its just not that simple. There's just so many other factors and grey areas involved that it still just boils down to what we want. It could be the number of belts, the usage of shows, etc. it doesn't matter. And which matches do WWE point to as the pinnacle of the success of the Division? One of the gravy matches, or Lita/Trish Stratus, a match where they gave two talented female wrestlers time to have a proper match and put on a real show? Which one got someone into the Hall Of Fame?

This statement has no bearing on whether or not someone is hurt/offended by it. Btw, I'm not even speaking on my behalf. It just seems so weird that there was even a back and forth about people's reactions to it.

I thought it was pretty funny. Agreed. I mean it came the week after #WCWRuinsEverything which sent people into a fit that a show about the wackiness and insanity date make a joke that damn near everyone else has. The point of the thing was that people were taking a joke on a comedy show too seriously.

It would be nice to see.
For example, you would see an evil diva wearing heels and the person with the smark gimmick would look into the camera and say, nice heels.

Everyone would be offended by it because it's "insulting their own fan base" or some crap like that.
